Fantastic experience: When my husband and I first met Zach, we had minimal knowledge of home-buying. We’d been working with another realtor but, despite viewing several homes, hadn’t grown much as prospective owners. I called Zack at the recommendation of several family members. In minutes, Zach gave us a crash course; what questions to ask, where to be skeptical, where to be open—more than we’d learned in 6 months of searching. I (politely) broke it off with the other realtor (I wish him well) and we got to work. Fantastic experience: We were looking to downsize and looking to move closer to our kids and soon to be first grandbaby. Our kids used Zach when bought their first house and highly recommended him to us. Fantastic experience: My wife's parents passed away and she inherited their home. We hired a probate attorney and she recommended we speak to Zach. After meeting with him we where very comfortable that he and his team could deliver what we needed to sell the house. He was very compationate of our circumstance, went through an in depth process of determining the value of the home, what upgrades we should make, how long the process would take. We had a house full of items to be removed and he was very patient while we held an auction and yard sales, plural, to clear out personal belongings. Zach has a renovation team that handled all the work needed to bring the house up to show quality, paint, carpet, laminate flooring, crawl space and all repairs needed for a top notch ready to move in home. This was very valuable to us because he established a fund that was used to pay for these services at no cost to us. Fantastic experience: Zach and his team are TRULY amazing. They helped my mom buy her house back in 2016 and were extremely patient as it took almost a year to land on the perfect fit. In 2024 due to unforeseen circumstances, my mom was in a position where she needed to sell her house. There was no doubt in our mind, we wanted to go back and work with Zach and his team for this. From the jump, Zach sat us down and gave us a clear path of how we could move forward. One of my biggest concerns was the repairs that needed to be done to the house and if we would be able to complete the project within our time frame. I was blown away by how quickly they got to work and started to make things happen, better yet Zach's zero-cost renovation plan really saved us! The bill of repairs that we were looking at would have been impossible for us to pay without this, and this was no small bill. Ultimately because of the work that was done on the house, we were able to sell it for 75K more than we planned. Fantastic experience: My attorney recommended Zach to help deal with my ex-wife's and my split in equity. Even though I'm probably not using his services at this time and he was aware of that, he was extremely helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He talked me through using chat gbt to help with my situation which may end up saving me thousands of even tens of thousands of dollars. There was no pressure or sales pitch, just a decent person doing what he could to help and educate another. I'll seriously consider calling him when the time comes to sell. Thanks for the help. Fantastic experience: I can't believe that I'm giving 5 stars, because I started with a 1 star mindset. I wanted the sale of the house done and over quick. I didn't want the sales pitch. I knew that I wouldn't be heard with zero control on selling something meaningful to me. However overtime Zack and team did a lot to help me feel otherwise. Zack allowed me to set targets and deadlines to keep things moving. He respected my pricing opinions allowing for the house to be listed for more money. The house sold 20 days before my goal for Zack to list the property! I'm truly grateful to Zack and Tessa for scrambling many times to keep the sale going until closed. There is no doubt that God and the universe works with them. By the end it was definitely a therapeutic process, life changing, and a personal growth opportunity for me.

Fantastic experience: I am a DV survivor and had to sell the home I shared with my abuser. Needless to say, my ex was a difficult person. Zach managed him, he and his team made certain we never ran into eachother, and got us more money than we anticipated. Additional, the day before close the buyers started making unreasonable demands and Zach talked them down and made sure we closed on time. Negative experience: Called Zach because had some questions about his listing. Not only he does not pick up the phone from me or my agent, he would have his secretary or assistant who is rude, telling people off because "Zach is busy", but she can't answer any questions. ok, bye! Too bad for the sellers that they will lose potential buyers because of such ignorant firm with its employees. FYI, I never had any good experience with Keller Williams employees, they are too self-entitled and would ask you to sell car, or other things to try to buy pricier house... and they try to push you to give bigger offer just because they want to make money faster without doing any work, without caring if it's worth it.
