So Tim had his work cut out for him! We asked an uncountable number of questions, many of which should have been directed to someone else. Fantastic experience: Being a first time home buyer can be confusing and sometimes daunting. Finding a realtor to assist with the process was like trying to decide what to watch on Netflix. When Tim reached out it was a pleasant surprise. He was very thorough from the beginning but wasn't pushy. When we were ready to look at houses Tim was quick to respond and prepared to work with our chaotic life schedule. If he was unsure of something he was always quick to find out. Whether it was reaching out to the sellers agent or the HOA he was on it. Tim being an experienced realtor really helped when it came time to put in an offer. Fantastic experience: Tim was a fantastic agent! We were looking to buy in Washington from California, so there was frequent back and forth chat/telephone time and he would always get back to us very quickly. When we came up to actually look at houses, it was a very intense 3 days, and he gave us all the time we needed to find our perfect home (of course it was the last house on the last day!). During the escrow period, he was wonderful in coordinating everything needed, and ensured everything was going smoothly. Even after close, when a small problem popped up, he was immediately available (even on a Weekend evening) to help us resolve it. I would definitely use him in the future (let's hope it's another 16 years till we move again!)

Fantastic experience: Tim took a random call about a property and turned it into a dream experience of a home purchase. Tim, after being up front and completely honest about a property and explained why it wouldn't work, he set out to find us our dream home. After also doing searching on our own as well, we found our perfect house but it was not in Tim's area. He offered to continue to represent us in an area an hour and a half out of his way. He not only negotiated well for us, he went above and beyond and has been making extra trips to the house when we couldn't be there; met with contractors and service providers; and is even getting the locks changed for us.
