When I first bought my house back in 2019 I had another realtor and so I have experience with realtors, he was just okay, he got the job done but wasn’t too great at the negotiation process. And not very assertive. Years later I find myself moving! And have found Shana, she helped my husband and I get a new place which is the exact one we wanted, and now is listing my condo house on the market! Fantastic experience: When looking for a place to rent in a time crunch I inquired about a property on Zillow. The owner selected a different renter but their realtor Shana Tinsley understood my unique circumstances. My children are in High School and due to boundary restrictions I had to move before the start of the school year which was rapidly approaching or they would have to go to a different school. Within 3 days of starting with Shana’s help I was approved for an amazing rental in the school boundary zone and in a safe neighborhood. Fantastic experience: We cannot begin to express how grateful we are for Shana, and how diligently she worked to advertise and sell our home quickly at asking price. We were skeptical about listing our home so close to the holidays but Shana eased our minds by assuring us that the market was ripe with eager buyers ready to purchase. OMG she was right! Positive experience: Purchase property where she was the realtor

Negative experience: Honesty is key to being a good agent. We expect an agent to always have our back and always have our interests at heart. A good agent looks at what is best for their client, not how much money THEY will be getting out of the deal. We were very unhappy with our experience we had with Shana. Since we lived out of state, we decided to buy a house sight unseen. We trusted her to know exactly what we wanted and to be completely honest with us through the whole process. But, in the end, all she cared about was the dollar signs. We ended up purchasing a house that we have had to put ALOT of money into to completely remodel to suit our needs. We are still remodeling and probably will be for years to come. The expense of purchasing this house, plus all the renovations is definitely more than we asked for. This is something we would not have had to do if she had been honest and open with us. We do not recommend this agent.
