Fantastic experience: I am a pilot and travel a lot back and forth East Coast to West Coast. Fantastic experience: We met Corrie Sommers when browsing her website looking for both a home and an agent to work with. Corrie is a straight shooter and did such a great job for us! There was coordination that had to take place out of state and here locally and she nailed it! Corrie is the best real estate agent! She showed options in North Hollywood, Studio City, Burbank and Pasadena. Ultimately, she helped guide us in deciding between a home that needed a significant number of renovations since it had not been updated since the 70’s versus a property that was already done. Renovating sounded good until we really went over all the factors, time, money, managing contractors, living in a mess, etc. that the process would entail. Corrie negotiated strongly for us to beat the competition, then again after our inspections for some items that needed to be addressed.
