Fantastic experience: I cannot think of just one specific word to describe this Real Estate group, but the many words that come to mind are: knowledgeable, compassionate, kind, top-notch, and the list goes on and on. Teena was the listing agent on a recent transaction and I was the buyers agent. She is literally the best agent I’ve ever worked with. Fantastic experience: Hailey Cohen is tops in my book. She was always available via text. We live 340 road miles away in Acworth Ga and were selling our vacation home on St. Helena's Island. She took care of everything. We met her just after Christmas 2017 and closed May 10th 2018. She set things up so we didn't have to travel back to Beaufort for closing and did it long distance. She had contractors who took care of all the deficiencies found on the inspection. She made a complicated event very easy!
