Fantastic experience: Neveen is a dream real estate agent hands down. As first time homebuyers, there are so many potential options to choose from when it comes to selecting your agent in LA. We met Neveen as she was showing a condo, and we immediately felt like she could be a close friend of ours. She’s extremely intelligent, personable, realistic, thoughtful, and strategic when representing her buyers. She works around the clock and is ready to jump at any situation with a solution - Neveen gets the job done. What we especially loved partnering with her was that she has experience not only representing buyers, but also with sellers given she partners with high profile developers in Los Angeles, and she clearly understands the ins and outs of renovations and what it takes to elevate a space. She also really understood how to strategically negotiate and manage relationships with the listing agents when it came to putting an offer down, negotiating, going through escrow and closing on our new home. She was also extremely helpful when it came to inspections and assembling the right potential parties to support. When it comes to renovations or inspections, it can get really stressful if you have to start from scratch and find a specialist who you’ve never worked with before, but with Neveen, you can trust that she has a an expert for absolutely anything you need. Even after closing on our house, she’s been involved and is passionate and invested in helping us make fixes to our home - ex. Installing a security system and new closets. She’s truly become more than a realtor but rather a core friend. We couldn’t recommend Neveen more and hope that everybody has as smooth of a process as we did with buying our first home in LA.

It took us FIVE (5) years to find our perfect property, and Neveen was with us every step of the way from the day we met her through the day we closed escrow and beyond. We have encountered so many agents who called once or a couple of times and then never followed up with us again. Neveen is in a league of her own. Whether a quick text to check in, a visit to a house truly anywhere "just to take a look" (which literally happened hundreds of times over the past five years), and then when we finally found "the one" but wavered back and forth before signing the counteroffer, Neveen never made us feel like the indecisive inconvenient clients that we felt we were being. Neveen has been our cheerleader through every single communication and encounter. When we FINALLY found our house, Neveen did all the right things to ensure our offer (which was one of many at full price or more) was the one the buyer accepted. She has had our back when we didn't even realize we needed the boost, such as getting us closing credit on a property that was "as is", and I would recommend her to anyone who wants to work with the absolute BEST! Fantastic experience: We had been looking for a new home for about 8 months during that 2021-2022 hot Real Estate market when everyone was outbidding us. We then met Neveen who was able to get us in early on some properties. We made an offer on our dream home and it was accepted. Now, not everything went smoothly during closing, (it never does) but Neveen was always able to help us and the seller find common ground. Before we knew it, we were moving in. We were so happy with the outcome and the process that we recommended Neveen to my Mother-in-law, who quickly sold her townhouse with her.
