Negative experience: I had a disappointing experience working with jazel . Communication felt unprofessional at times, and I didn’t feel respected as a client. There were moments where the tone came across as dismissive, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I believe professionalism and clear communication are very important in real estate, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.

Fantastic experience: Tim handled the unfortunate decision of selling of my family investment property with such compassion, grace and understanding. He thoroughly communicated all options, walked us through the process and ultimately supported us in the difficult yet needed decisions our family had to make. Tim is a great listener, an extremely quick thinker and would be able to sell individual blades of grass to anyone! HA The staff communicates in a timely manner and all exhibit pleasant tones via phone call, text, email, etc. The events that he hosts out of gratitude for his clients are much appreciated as well!
