We actually began looking for a home while we were still living outside the country, and with their help we went from starting the process to closing on a home in about three weeks. They made an incredibly fast-moving process feel organized and manageable, even while we were thousands of miles away. From the beginning of our search through closing - and well beyond - Tim and Julie were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us. They understood what we were looking for, helped us navigate the process, and made sure we had the information and guidance we needed to make decisions quickly and confidently. What really set Tim and Julie apart was everything they did after the sale. Fantastic experience: Tim and his team were amazing. We had used Tim for our previous house and used again due to the excellent experience the first time. He was equally great to work with in 2026. It is 'easy' to get caught up in the house buying process and 'settle' for the first house you find. Tim did a good job of steering us in the right direction and telling us 'no' on houses that we liked but there were issues to them. This is a huge benefit and rare as an agent. Instead of trying to sell us any house and getting his commission sooner vs later, he was patient and had us hold out for our 'dream house' which we eventually found. The wait was worth it. Tim's technical knowledge of the house buying process is fantastic. I can't imagine buying a house without an agent like Tim. We ended up buying our house for 5% below initial asking price, which is rare in this market. Tim was equally good in getting our house ready for sale. Alot of good recommendations on what was important in showing our house. We had multiple offers and he helped us negoiate the best sale for us, which was also 4% above asking price. I would highly recommend Tim and his team in buying/selling your house.

Positive experience: Tim did a great job of navigating the Johnson County realty market for my family and I. He sold our house for more than I would have ever expected, as well as aided in negotiating down the price on my purchased home. When the buyer tripped over some financing issues, Tim smoothed it out and we got the deal closed anyway. He's the best. There's no person who knows this part of the city better than him.
