She was always responsive and sent the right people for the job whenever we did have an issue. When we were ready to purchase, we reached out to her, she was patient and completely engaged. Negative experience: Crystal Corbit is the absolute worst property manager to deal with my girlfriend has been in the same place now for about 5 yrs never missed rent and was never late but every time we would have an issue with the ac or tub or anything crystal would take her sweet time to respond back to any txt and never answered our phone calls what so ever even had her paying for her own cable and internet when it was part of the HOA which was included in the rent smh not worth the headache.

Fantastic experience: I rented a home in Winter Haven with Blue Sun Realty. Crystal made the experience so smooth and got us approved in a couple of days. There were a few issues with the home and she arranged for everything to be taken care of quickly. She was so courteous and helpful throughout the entire process. Negative experience: Signed a rental agreement with them to a brand new house, the house was NEVER CLEANED prior to move in. I'm still mopping everyday to get grout dust and glue up from the floor. We had no hot water for 4 days, the garage didn't work, grass wasn't mowed, there were dirty footprints in the house like someone tracked iort from outisde. We were advised it comes with a washer & dryer and it doesn't have one. Realtor states it was stolen. We are most 2 weeks in and I have to text her every other day to find out the status of things that should've been taken care of prior to move in. Renters beware! Due your diligence before signing ANYTHING with this company. Added: no trash cans!

Fantastic experience: I rarely provide a review on services received, whether good or bad. But on this occasion, I feel compelled to do so. For the past two years going on three, the property management company that I’ve been dealing with is Blue Sun Realty. Within that time, the professionalism and sense of urgency provided is second to none! I have and will continue to recommend them.

Fantastic experience: This is coming from my heart…. I would like to say this company was great from my renting experience! I applied when I was 19 & did a 7 month lease with them. It felt lovely any small repair needed they were there with no questions asked, great communication! Overall I loved my duplex, this company isn’t about money they want to make sure their renters are pleased with their living / home honestly.. Big shout out to Mrs.Crystal who was my landlord she was the best… Any time of day I needed her or had questions she was there every step of the way. I WOULD have kept renting from them but im in the process now of trying to buy my own home. Awesome people great company.

Negative experience: Never got to speak with anyone and none attempted to get back to me. If you call their number, it gives you a selection to choose from for who to speak with, and regardless of the option picked, it will say in an automated voice that no is available to take the call and to leave a voicemail

Negative experience: Nichole Moody gave me lock codes and told me to enter properties without her being present. I was concerned about the legality of it, to which she responded.. "just say you are an agent - if anyone approaches you." Nichole Moody changed the day and time of the home inspection after i set it up, without informing me of the change. After telling her how i really need to see the total cost of repairs to be done to the place before i feel comfortable - she knew that I wanted to be at the home inspection to ask questions. Nichole Moody tried to convince me to buy a property that was over priced and needed to be totally gutted and remodeled. When I talked to her boss, Angie Inzerillo tried to convince me to move forward with the purchase and take out zero percent credit cards to covers cost because I was cash poor but have great credit. The combination of these two blue sun realty agents shows the true character of this company. They tried to convince me not only to over pay for a property, but then immediately go underwater on the mortgage by having to put in 10s of thousands of dollars worth of fixes into the property...absolutely insane. Especially when they knew that I didn't have finances available to cover costs of fixes. If you somehow stumble on this company like I did, run the other way. Maybe they treat their friends right, but for others their actions prove that they don't have the buyers best interest in mind. Update: Where there's smoke, there usually is fire and the fact that this company doesn't accept any responsibility in the matter shows you their character. Sure this was literally the first time I ever dealt in buying a home and I was a greenhorn, but what they did to me is horrible! Who hides the inspection behind the home buyers back! The clear cut proof of wrongdoing = It was illegal for the agent to tell me that it's ok for me to enter the property without her being present. End of story

Negative experience: Bad communication means missing out on properties.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond impressed with Angie. Her knowledge, and responsiveness made buying a home easy. She helped us sort through all the houses to find one that fit our family. And when we did she had the knowledge to help us write up the best offer beating out 40 other offers on our home. Angie even helped us finish up paper work from the house we sold out of state when that realtor had forgotten to have us sign it after we were out of state.

Fantastic experience: We moved from Iowa to Florida, had basically no idea about what the lay of the land was down here other than the small area where my wife's parents lived. Angie was very knowledgeable about the best areas for my wife and one year old son and I to stay within our price range and very helpful about places asking too much or too little, wrong areas, flood areas, etc. After chasing after a number of houses in this crazy market Angie helped us close on a house that had 40+ offers put in on it. She helped through every step of the process even with the closing paperwork that went through a law firm versus the normal title agencies. If anyone in the area needs a realtor, Angie is your gal.

Negative experience: Blue Sun Reality/Crystal Corbitt 1707 W Reynolds St #104, Plant City, FL 33563 has served me an eviction notice on Monday leaving me with the first eviction I have to face. I live in Brandon Florida and my rental contract ended Dec.31st. I have requested more time to prepare for such a large move, packing, loading, unloading into storage. I have already filled a 10x20ft storage which I packed a 26ft Uhaul alone except the large furniture. I was given a text at the end of November stating my contract will end at the end of the year and will not be renewed. I knew I was going to be pressed for time with such a short vacate notice. I did find a new home to move to but at the last minute I was told that the place had mold and wouldn't be available for a few months. After explaining everything from the beginning to Blue Sun, and requesting a little more time. All I have been met with is, "absolutely not you need to get out immediately you have had plenty of time and it is not fair to the owner." Now I have an eviction hanging over my head. I am doing my part to help not spread this virus. I certainly hope nobody else is going through this with Blue Sun. This is a question of basic morals, care and compassion for everyone's health and safety. For some I guess. Shame on you Blue Sun and everyone who is involved in this careless, reckless behavior. All over 2 weeks to secure a place to live. B.Bauman

Not only did she surpass my expectations as a realtor by answering ALL my question & being 100% there for me but she also advised me through my whole process and let me tell you there were so many bumps on the road. Fantastic experience: My brother and I both live out of state, and needed to arrange the sale of our Mom's home in Plant City's historic district after she passed away. Two neighbors recommended Angie Inzerillo to us, and we are so glad they did. She more than lived up to their glowing reviews. Angie is creative, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. Selling a home in 2020 is not business-as-usual as the corona virus pandemic changes everything, and she was entirely up to this challenge. She gave us great advice about changing market conditions, and had a network of excellent support organisations who made inspections, repairs, title transfer, and closing smooth and stress free. A gem of a realtor, and we would very happily work with Angie again!

She had my home listed, and had 5 offers, 3 above asking price within 15 days. The buyers of my house who we thought were going to be the easiest to close quickly, and without any hassles turned out to be extremely difficult to deal with. She was on top of every issue and the communication couldn't have been any better. She ended up showing me nearly 30 homes in my search for purchasing a new home and again, was extremely patient and really took the time to understand my needs. We are grateful for her assistance in finding and coordinating the services of various handymen to perform the repairs that were needed. She did so much more than we expected a realtor to do. Fantastic experience: I recently saw a rental online for a townhouse so I emailed the listing agent which was Sarah. She responded quickly and informed me of the process. Upon the approval process Sarah kept me informed and was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Angie and Tina which they were friendly and willing to assist as well. Unfortunately my first month in the townhouse I had a maintenance issue, at no fault of Blue Sun Realty. Sarah responded quickly to maintenance issue even though it was 11:00 at night. She even followed up to make sure the maintenance guy reached out to me. This speaks volumes of their customer service and I am one happy tenant. Keep up the great job ladies!! Negative experience: Wasn't exactly the happiest with their responding time. I sat at home for about a month staring at a rental post on trulia (which still hasn't been removed) hoping i would get a response from the realtor but nope. I was left with high hopes and no answers. I called, i sent messages, texts, emails, and no definitive answers. No response at all actually. I honestly hope i never have to deal with them again, because as a stepmom who wants to start her family life away from her mother in law, the worst thing someone can do is give me hope that i have found the perfect home, only to call me a month later and tell me that the property has already been rented out. Not happy a d still looking.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful experience! We used Angie and Blue Sun Realty to sell our townhouse in addition to purchasing our new home.The sale of the townhouse was so smooth and simple. Angie handled everything and we just showed up to sign the papers. Could not have been easier. The purchase on our new home was a different story.
