Negative experience: Tried to get info on a property and work with MANNY, terrible service. Didn't take much to realize this company is NOT the company to work with

Negative experience: The worst rental experience I've ever had. We've sent in many maintenance requests (including water leaks) without ever getting anything fixed. Extremely rude customer service reps, and to top it off are very quick to give you any type of fee they possibly can to make an extra buck.

Positive experience: It's fine. I don't like that in order to look you need to have an account.

Negative experience: Before I even used them I felt like every text response was a robot. Then It asked me if you want a call. I said no and they called anyway as a robot would connect you to someone. Said I was not a good fit. I loved visiting Cedar City. Now I know why they have a 4.1 review. Lost my business.

Negative experience: My parents and brother rent a home that has been recently put up for sale by the homeowners. An ERA realtor took a group through their home, with other groups yesterday. She was very rude, uninformed, and didn't have any consideration for them being high risk individuals, let alone my brother being high risk as well. No mask was worn. She was insulting. Very unprofessional. I would love to give just her a bad review, but I don't know her name. Groups should not be going through people's homes at this time, especially group after group with no masks or consideration for the people who live there. I would give zero stars if that was an option. Have some decency, this is after all a dangerous virus and we Are in the middle of a pandemic. Groups should not be walking through people's homes. It's called "social distancing " for a reason!

Negative experience: Rented a home through this group for a short time. When we left, they refused to give our deposit back even though there was no damage to the property and we left it cleaner than when we moved in. When we asked about it they never gave a straight answer. If you use them for a rental, expect to lose your deposit!
