Fantastic experience: Lindsey Ronning’s group is FANTASTIC! They are DIFFERENT from your average realtor. They added great VALUE to my house. I gave them less than two weeks to have the house listed for sale. They had a team working on it for over 10 straight days.. A lot of time was spent updating certain areas (with minimal expense), in addition to repairing things that could be a deciding factor in the sale. I really appreciated one of the team associates repairing the concrete on my broken sidewalk as late as 8:30pm on a Saturday night. I am not sure I would have had a buyer, for my price, without them. The photography for my house was stunning, and I could easily tell they had a lot of experience. Why did I hire her? Fantastic experience: Lindsey, Chad and Maria were incredible to work with when selling my home. They really went above and beyond to make a very stressful period in my life as easy as possible. The first day I had them over to discuss listing my home with them it had snowed a bunch and I was only 2 weeks out from surgery. Which meant I was unable to shovel my driveway before their arrival. They heard this and showed up with their snow blower and cleared my driveway and front pathway up to my front porch. Fantastic experience: I’ll will start this review with the fact that Lindsey and Chad from Penny & Company Real Estate helped my daughter and son in law by their 1st home in April 2024. They gave them high praise so my wife and I decided to have a Zoom call with them from our home in NY since we were looking to build a new home with Lennar builders at Cedar Hills in Lakeville. Within minutes we could see how genuine they were and how we were going to be treated with respect and helped on our journey to buy/build our new home.
