Fantastic experience: Mike did a fantastic job selling my house. He came over, took pictures and listed the house. The house sold fast and at a higher price than I imagined. I couldn’t believe how smooth everything went considering I was in Arizona the whole time ( my new residence ).he walked me through all of the paperwork ( e-signing etc.. ). Even the notary services here in Arizona were set up by Mike. Basically all I did was give Mike the keys, fly to AZ, e-sign documents and receive a nice check. Kudos to Mike, and as I said before, all this happened from about 2000 miles away. Great job !!

Fantastic experience: We met Michael at an open house, and I am so glad we did! Michael kept in touch with us after that open house, and when we unexpectedly needed a new realtor, Michael seamlessly stepped in. We did house visitations and meetings with around 5 or 6 different realtors to find the right person for us, and Michael was 100% the correct choice. Michael always did an fantastic job scheduling and meeting us at houses for showings, even on short notice or at odd hours. I never felt like I was asking too many questions or wanted to see too many houses, which had been an issue with our previous realtor. Michael is very knowledgeable and he did a fantastic job of providing his professional opinion and experience, without making me feel like it was information overload and overwhelming. Working with Michael greatly reduced the stress and anxiety that usually comes with house hunting. I am incredibly impressed at Michael's high level of communication. He was always responsive to emails, call, and texts in a timely manner. He was proactive and checked in on us throughout the process, including right up to and AFTER closing. We had a minor issue the day before closing and I wasn't able to get in contact with the title company. I called Michael and he had everything worked out in less than an hour! I have no doubt that in a year if there was something I needed and Michael could help me, he wouldn't hesitate to help. We did find a house and have successfully purchased and moved in. Michael attended meetings that he didn't have to be there for but came to support and look out for us to ensure we had all the information we should, including informal meetings with the seller's rep and for the design process.
