Coronado Shores Co.

Fantastic experience: We love “the shores” and have relied on Coro shores company for years to help us find the right condo for our stays. They find us our condo, have everything in place for us and assist if any issues arrive. I highly recommend their services DSW

Negative experience: Have rented with them several times due to limited options and each time gets worse in term of mgt. While the property and the units are overall very nice the cleanliness and lack of basic amenities is mind blowing. This time I had a total of 2 towels and one hand towel. While on a long term rental you don't expect to be supplied for the stay a basic supply start is typical but not with them. 1/8 roll of paper towel, 1/2 roll of TP in the bath (no towels in guest bath of any kind) maybe 1/2 inch of watered down hand soap in baths, no trash bags, old very gross sponge, no soap in kitchen and no cleaning supplies. Needed a serious DEEP cleaning. And was not disclosed that the parking spot was 1 ft short of what the city would approve even as a compact spot. Was between two huge poles and you couldn't open the back doors when parked and two of my daughters cars couldn't even fit there when coming to pick me up.

Negative experience: This was our 4th year of renting through Coronado Shores and it will be our last. Every year we stay for the month of January. Each year the units have been dirty and we had to clean first before we could enjoy the area. This year the unit was extremely dirty. So we filled out the "needs attention requests" and we heard nothing. So we called and got the carpets cleaned. But the painters tape or the tile and on the drawers remained. Then after we arrived home 2 days later we realized that my wife left 4 sweaters in the dresser. 2 cashmere and 2 cable knit. No one found them. The only people that went into the unit were the housekeepers, Kayla form Coronado Shores Co and the new renters. No sweaters to be found.

Negative experience: I see that posts regarding negative information for the Coronadol Shores Company, seem to disappear!!! I'm not sure if that's appropriate for a company to take down reviews that do not please them!!!

Fantastic experience: A couple of years back we really wanted to rent through you a second time but after numerous calls and even coming into the office twice no one ever followed up with us or returned calls. This time the communication was excellent! Happy to be back and your clients again :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Coranado for years. I’ve used other companies, but. Coronado Shores is the best. They get back to you right away, let you know when a deposit or check is received and give you many options. Thank you, Coranado Shores. You’re my number one company going forward.

Fantastic experience: We have been leasing at the Shores for many, many years. The folks at Coronado shores, especially Heidi and Myssie have provided service beyond our expectations.

Fantastic experience: This is our first time renting in Coronado Shores. Tabatha and Heidi were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us secure a beautiful rental unit that fit our budget.

Fantastic experience: well maintained property right on the beach. walking distance to town.

Fantastic experience: She was very East to work with and responded every time I reached out to her.

Fantastic experience: An excellent experience communicating with the staff of Coronado Shores Company. Andrea was prompt with her response, friendly and very courteous! We are excited to vacation in the Spring at the condo we selected to rent.

Fantastic experience: Myssie McCann and Heidi Atienza have been so wonderful to work with. Thank you! We found a great summer rental for us in the Coronado Shores. Highly recommend going through the Coronado Shores Co. when you are looking for a summer rental.

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and capable staff made our choice easy.

Fantastic experience: Coronado Shores is an absolutely amazing place. We stay every July. The Coronado Shores Co. is the only place I will rent from. They offer the best properties for the fairest price.

Fantastic experience: We have stayed at The Shores a couple of times in the past and loved the area, so we are so happy we were able to find an available unit for us to stay in 2025. Andrea was very helpful, giving us a number of options to choose from. Both Andrea and Myssie were very quick in responding to our questions, and made the whole process move very quickly and smoothly. Thanks to both Andrea and Myssie! We look forward to our stay in March!

Fantastic experience: Heidi was AMAZING! Patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and personable. It has been a pleasure to plan our short to medium term rentals with her and Coronado Shores Co. A seamless process that included tours of properties and transparent lease agreements. Looking forward to our stay!!

Fantastic experience: Coronado Shores folks have taken good care of my stay. Much appreciated

Fantastic experience: We vacation one month every summer at the Shores. Our getaway has everything you would want; a beautiful beach just steps away from our condo; walking distance to The Dell and fine restaurants and shopping! Petco park is an easy ferry ride across the bay. Golf at Coronado Golf club has great views of the bay and San Diego skyline!

Fantastic experience: Extremely professional and highly accommodating. Love this company.

Fantastic experience: We have been relying on Coronado Shores for our vacation rentals for a number of years and they have always been professional, trustworthy and quick to respond. We have recommended Kayli and Myssie to other Canadians seeking a vacation in California.

Positive experience: I have been with Coronado Shores for 4 years now and i like their services specifically with Heidi i rent one month a year am happy and i recommend them to my friends

Fantastic experience: Brianna has been so helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend her and the Coronado shores company to everyone

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the service for a long-term rental. Heidi was so helpful! She was working very dedicated and quick to get us the condo we were looking for.

Fantastic experience: Professional

Fantastic experience: We have been coming to Coronado for over 30 years. We always stay at Coronado Shores. Coronado and The Shores are unique and magical. We look forward to our stay every year!!

Fantastic experience: My second stay was nothing short of outstanding! Very professional staff. Look forward to next year's longer stay!

Fantastic experience: We have rented with Coronado Shores Co during January & February since 2017. The leasing agents (Tazzie & Bryanna) gave us excellent support as we looked at options each year. We have had the same unit some years, but also change occasionally depending on our needs. Coronado Shores Co has an excellent maintenance team that responds quickly to repair any accidental damage you may cause to the unit. The Coronado Shores Co owner and leasing agents are very good at satisfying renters’ and owners’ needs. They are reasonable and fair in all their dealings. Now about the units. All the units we have stayed in met or exceeded our expectations for our price point. The location is wonderful with picturesque vistas of the Pacific Ocean and or Coronado bay. The beach is expansive, well protected and maintained. Restaurants are plentiful, with some real delights like Little Frenchie’s. If you are considering an extended stay in Coronado, would like good value, and trustworthy agents, I highly recommend the Coronado Shores Co. We will be returning in 2024.

Fantastic experience: We have booked our summer rental with the Coronado Shores Co. for the past four seasons and for the upcoming 2024 season. The brokers are reliable and very pleasant to work with. If there are any repairs to be done during our stay, they handle it immediately. I highly recommend the Coronado Shores Co.

Fantastic experience: We've been renting at Coronado Shores for 12 years and look forward to retuning again next August for the month.

Fantastic experience: Very responsive to all of our issues during the month of July, 2023. All those we worked with were professional and kind.

Fantastic experience: We're Canadian citizens, and when the Shores first opened, we bought a condo in La Princessa Tower. Several years later we sold our condo, but we've continued to rent a unit every January and have done so for 40 years. In our view, there's nothing to compare with the Shores' amenities, climate and friendliness.

Fantastic experience: Thank you Tabatha!

Positive experience: Very good experience overall. I would give it a 5 star but we had issues with the air conditioner near the end of stay and had difficulty getting CS to help us get it repaired quickly. We found the air conditioner company repair truck next to our unit and spoke with the owner. He said he could fix our unit that day (a Saturday) after CS said they could not get anyone until Monday. It was very disappointing to know that they had not even called the service to find out if they could do it. Other than that, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent help making reservations.

Fantastic experience: What’s not to live

Negative experience: Warning: DO NOT rent your condo with these people. Refused to repair brand new and damaged Miele appliances & shower fixture. Sent photos of damages. Both Missy & Heidi claim “usual wear & tear.” These people have no respect for their clients & their homes. Don’t be fooled by the caring attitude in the beginning. There should be an option for negatives, not stars.

Fantastic experience: Very professional

Positive experience: It's hard to get excited about a dry cleaner. Nevertheless, their service is prompt and courteous if a bit pricey.

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous!

Fantastic experience: So so much fun, especially the beach !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: I would not give this company any stars, but Google wants you to rate in order to post! BEWARE of this company if you will be renting a condo at the shores. I have used them for many years and have not had any problems. But the new owner doesn't seem to care about safety and a good client. Her attitude is less than kind. Shame on her! Word of mouth is the best advertisement and each client should be treated with respect and care. Last summer, I rented a condo for a month that looked beautiful in the pictures and the agent assured me it was up to the standards that I would want, knowing that I rented from them in the past few years. What a surprise when I tripped into the uncleaned unit, it was outdated, filthy, bugs in the closet trash cans full, dirty dishes in the sink and sand and filth all over the old, ripped furniture , disgustingly dirty old mattress, to name a few. While the cleaning ladies spent hours cleaning while I had to wait to move in, the one thing they did not repair caused me great physical challenges for six months. When you walked into this condo, there was an unfinished cement step higher than the floor at the front door. My first time walking in the condo was met with the cleaning ladies catching me as I didn't see the step and tripped over it. I told them the first day it needed to be fixed, it was dangerous, but that was never done. They blamed it on the building. Two other visitors fell because of this step and the week before I was to come home, I fell causing great injury to my knee and having to leave early. I was in PT for six months and it is finally getting better. When I left, the step was still not fixed. And then they had the nerve to send me a letter saying I needed to find someone else to use in the future. (not that I would have used them again) They are very lucky I didn't go further with this issue. But as I said: BEWARE...they are out for your money and don't care to keep up with their properties!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing property! The views, the area is stunning. Very close to just about everything you could want and the beach is world class!

Fantastic experience: Great venue and service
