Fantastic experience: Where to begin, over a year ago I decided to purchase my first home while at work & one of my coworkers seamlessly recommended working with Team Peraza. I’m so thankful for the referral because not once during this journey did anyone disappoint. As a first time homebuyer I could not be more clueless on where to start but thankfully everyone in the team was dedicated to guiding me in the right direction and no one ever hesitated from explaining things to me. Not only did we view countless homes which took much patience from the Realtors but I received the financial guidance needed to be able to make such a purchase from their loan lending team as well (thank you Celina & Jackie). As soon as we wanted to take action toward a property whether it was for a viewing, open house or to make an offer my realtor Luis was QUICK to get the job done! Fantastic experience: We cannot thank the Peraza Team enough.We were in the market for about a year or so, and did not want to be pushed or pressured into buying. My Fiancé and I are in our mid 20’s and buying a home is a scary process. We attended Luis and Leslie’s seminar last year and man did that clear up any scary thoughts.
