Fantastic experience: He is the best agent I've ever met through my 5 of buying/selling experiences in my life. I had been about choosing the other agent to sell my house in Castle Hills, who at the end tried to lower the price by $50K than the one quoted with a lot of trash sales talks at the beginning. Victor was different. He was the guy who I talked with at the very last moment and gave me a price with full of confidence by saying "I'd never given you the price without confidence" and actually sold my house at almost full price (meaning $50K higher than the other agent) within 30 days!!! Negative experience: Literally the absolute worst real estate agent I've ever had the DISPLEASURE of doing business with. They will tell you one thing and put another in the contract. Make sure you look VERY closely at what you're signing because they will try to snake you at every single angle they can. Added fees, charges, and verbiage that was completely contrary to what was discussed. Lies. Lies. Lies. Also terrible with communication and answering questions. We literally had part of our house FALL OFF and almost land on someone at our front door (large piece of rock) and the agent didn't even respond when we contacted them about it. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache that I've been dealing with.
