Negative experience: I had the worst commercial realtor experience of my life with Jay Cho. He brokered a building that couldn't even get a CO, failed to resolve the issue, and ultimately sent us an email saying he had no idea what to do and that we should figure it out with the landlord ourselves. From the very beginning, when we were shopping around, he was careless and half hearted throughout the entire process. I have never encountered such an irresponsible realtor.
