I was honestly very scared when purchasing a home and didn’t know where I stood, but Ana and Chris did everything to make me feel confident and comfortable throughout the process. There was a tenant living in the property who didn’t want to move out by closing, and Ana and her team handled the entire situation. Even when the tenant threatened to start an eviction process, Ana made sure everything was resolved and that the tenant moved out without me having to deal with any of it. Ana and her team are beyond amazing. She’s very well known and respected in the Valley, and I can see why. I couldn’t recommend her more. Negative experience: My experience with Ana Perez was overwhelmingly negative. Throughout the entire process she was rude, disrespectful, and consistently acted outside the boundaries of what I felt was appropriate for a realtor. She contacted my family members at their workplaces without permission, spoke to us in a demanding and unprofessional tone, and created unnecessary stress every step of the way. Ana repeatedly made statements that felt threatening and completely unreasonable, including implying that the incoming tenants could show up at the house and change the locks while we were still living there. She also arranged for the new family to come by unannounced to “check” whether we were leaving which also felt extremely invasive and inappropriate. Instead of helping facilitate a smooth transition, she made everything more difficult and far more stressful than it needed to be. Any attempt to communicate with her turned into an argument and she insisted she was right in every situation even when it was clear mistakes were made on her end. When I reached out to her broker, Gina Fernandez, I was shocked that my concerns were dismissed and Ana’s behavior was defended. Based on my experience, I would not ever recommend working with Ana Perez. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic cooperation made this one of the most frustrating experiences me and my family ever had to endure.

Her extensive real estate experience made all the difference, and everything was finished in ninety days. She had buyers for our house before she listed it for sale, which streamlined the process and spared me thousands of dollars in commissions. Naturally, Ana had contacts with the builder, so we went to look at the new builds and were able to close on our new house quickly. We also received $30,000 in closing fees. Ana and her team truly made it happen, and she has extensive knowledge of the real estate industry.

Fantastic experience: Ana Perez is an amazing realtor , my family bought their first home and she has the best team in town, every time I called she or her assistant answered , from negotiating , ana was able to get sellers closing costs and outbid every other offer. From inspection her inspector Chris was so easy going and gave us peace of mind during the entire inspection and process , even after we closed I had an item go out and he came back out to our house and let me know what was wrong and We got the issue fixed right away. Lender , her lender was wonderful and explained everything in detail to my Spanish speaking family. I highly recommend Ana Perez if you are a first time home buyer, they go above and beyond before , during and after the process.

After the purchase, she treated me like a stranger and was rude. I expected much better service and support specially for how much she gets paid for her job.

Fantastic experience: One of my dearest friends had to unexpectedly move from Coachella to La Quinta. She stayed with me after contacting Ana and her office for the interim period. Ana kept constant contact and found a place in budget range and bedroom size as well as closed the entire process in less than 3 weeks. I have never watched a more seamless process. Contact Ana Perez, Realtor to experience the same!

Fantastic experience: If you are looking for the best realtor, you need to reach out to Ana. We needed to sell my parent's home and she was so helpful and explained everything to us in a way that made us feel comfortable. She is super reliable and will answer all your questions.

Negative experience: It’s hard to even begin to explain how negative our experience with Ana was. She was friendly upon the first meeting but things started to go sour once she actually got the opportunity to sell our house. Not only did she struggle to sell our house, she was condescending and her lack of communication was an issue. She offered to help my family find a place to live as we were interested in only looking for mobile homes but she kept trying to get us to purchase a home we did not want in areas that we felt were unsafe, but it seems like she only wants her commission and doesn’t care about our wants and concerns. She connected us to her lender and told us we were denied for a mobile home loan but approved for a home loan. Due to us not really trusting what Ana says at this point, we decided to work with another realtor to find a place and with no surprise, we were approved for a loan and found a great place in a great community. Back to the sale of our house, please make sure to read the contract and don’t skip details because Ana tried to get more commission than what we had agreed on.. we had to have her send us an updated copy with the correct amount. We had 7 days after escrow closed to move out of our house and Ana tried to get the keys the day before we move out knowing we needed the time, then tried to rush us to give over the keys the day of the move even after telling us we had all day to pack and move. We had an amazing experience with the realtor that helped us find a place but Ana is definitely not one you want to go to. Please look elsewhere and save yourselves the trouble. Edit- After posting this review she has decided to spam text my family saying they do not take this lightly. Apparently they resort to threats and harassment if you’re honest about your experience

Negative experience: As a veteran I was trying to purchase a house. I never received paper work for loans approval. I called and called and called only to be led on. I’m a disabled veteran that is looking for help not people to treat me like a 5th class’s citizen. I finally got a text 3 days later stating I’m sorry I was having dinner with clients really anyways I forgive her because the Bible tells us to so with that I found a beautiful 4 bedroom, below market value, equity has increased so much it’s ridiculous. God is good.
