Fantastic experience: We were living in Texas and looking for a home to buy in Palm Desert. She was the listing agent for a home we saw online back in Dec. 2025 so we called her. She was so personable and knowledgeable about the real estate market in Coachella Valley. She asked many questions to get an idea of who we are and what we’re looking for. Kelly did her research and put us on a search list that we received daily updates of homes that matched our criteria. We continued communications via email and phone until we had a chance to visit Palm Desert at the end of January 2026. Meeting Kelly in person was as if we had known her for years and years. She lined up about 21 homes that we could see in our short, two-day visit. We found the house we wanted and Kelly worked with us with such ease, that we were able to buy this house while still living in Texas. Kelly made this the easiest purchase and escrow ever! And, she and her assistant Nikki stayed in touch with us through the entire process which has continued throughout our move to our new home. Fantastic experience: When we decided to sell our condo in Indio, we had several problems we needed to solve: we had a problematic tenant that we had to evict during the Covid-19 rental restrictions, the condo needed complete renovations on both bathrooms, tile floors and the kitchen as well as major pet-related material and odor mitigation, and because our home is 100 miles away in Long Beach, we had no knowledge or access to contractors and services in Indio. Kelly Tweedie was recommended by our mortgage broker as very knowledgeable in the local market, has interior design skills and has access to contractors and repair people to help get the condo in shape to sell. It proved to be a very valuable recommendation. Kelly first guided us through the eviction process by being personally involved and dealing with a scary situation when she and my wife made a surprise inspection of the property and found the tenant’s son squatting in the property after the move out deadline. She told my 74 year old wife at the time “Don’t worry, I have a black belt”. That was reassuring.
