Fantastic experience: Representing sellers in an increasingly demanding buyers’ market is a challenge. Cathy Folk and John Jay of The John Jay Group @ Bennion Deville in Indian Wells not only met but surpassed that challenge. They are seasoned agents who understand pricing psychology, know which improvements will deliver the highest return, and have proven systems to attract qualified buyers. To make our two-bedroom condo in Ironwood Country Club more attractive to potential buyers, they advised us on important renovations to do, offered superb support with staging, and suggested financing approaches to attract first-time home buyers. They are caring and patient, and we would use them again. Arline Kaplan

Fantastic experience: I am very pleased to provide my highest recommendation for Cathy Folk as your broker for the Rancho Mirage area. She was terrific and always went the extra mile to satisfy not only her own client but the counterparty as well. I worked with Cathy on and off during the covid years, and this year we both focused on identifying a retirement place for me in Rancho Mirage. Cathy demonstrated a thorough knowledge of my wants and needs, and likewise had a mastery of the nuances of the different communities we visited. Her superpower, however, is her ability to get from the acceptance of an offer to the closing and beyond. She has a complete command of the requirements of governmental agencies and homeowner associations, and worked tirelessly to solve the problems that frequently come up (or are identified) between accepting an offer and closing the transaction. Further, after we closed on my new home, Cathy solved several issues that could have caused serious issues between me and the seller—she went above and beyond the call of duty. Please feel free to contact me if you have questions—I believe from my experience with Cathy Folk you will be very satisfied with the purchase/sale experience with Cathy on your side.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with a few realtor's in the past but none were more dedicated to finding us our special place in Plam Desert than Cathy Folk with the John Jay Group. She went the extra mile to guide us through the purchase process and answer any questions we had any time, day or night. I strongly recommend giving her a call when you ready to purchase a place here in the desert community. Rod and Linda Butler
