Fantastic experience: My wife and I were first home buyers and were really lost and confused when we started the whole process. Kristen took us by the hands, and guided us through the entire process. There were a few bumps along the way but Kristen was always either a phone call or text away to keep us calm and to make sure we knew that everything would work out. (mostly because she was able to fix anything) Any questions or concern we had, Kristen had an answer for. Even now, with everything being said and done, Kristen is still there making sure we’re settling in and that everything is okay. Buying a house is a very overwhelming experience, but Kristen honestly made it seem so easy. Hopefully we’re here for a long time, but if we decide to move again any time in the future, you can be sure we’re 100% going with Kristen again!

Fantastic experience: On a whim my wife and I saw a house we loved. We were not prepared to jump into the house buying processes but we decided to just go for it without doing any research or forward planning anyway. My wife reached out to a friend and he highly recommended Kristen Riley. We had already seen the house and gotten our preapproval within 24 hours. SO, we wanted to make an offer. THAT SAME NIGHT, Kristen had our paperwork drawn up. (Seller did not accept, womp womp). This ended up being a blessing that we didn't see coming.
