Fantastic experience: My Fiancé and I were first time homebuyers and in today’s climate it’s never been more stressful… until we hired Liz. We chose Liz as our realtor for a few very simple reasons. Fantastic experience: We were tossing around the idea of putting our house on the market, but we were not sure who we would like to hire as our real estate selling agent. We happened to go to an open house and that is where we met Liz. She was personable, knowledgeable and very professional. A few weeks later, we decided to use Liz as our selling agent. Her stagers were awesome. The video of our property was amazing. Our house went under agreement in 4 days. From there, it was smooth sailing. Liz was readily available to take our calls. Fantastic experience: Liz was an incredible help to us - my husband and I are first time home buyers as of summer 2023, and she helped us secure our dream home by coaching us carefully on how to put together a smart offer. It made us extremely competitive (even though 200 people went through the open house!) and enabled us to secure the first home we put an offer on!! We wouldn't have been able to come to the same offer without her help. Additionally, she was extremely responsive and made us feel heard throughout the process - even with us starting the hunt from out of state! She did virtual tours and coordinated with us for when we were in town. I also had some wants vs. needs in a house that felt a little silly (I like symmetry, a lot of natural light, and just that warm and fuzzy this-is-my-home and I can picture the Christmas tree over there feeling!) and she never made me feel stupid about it, or the things that I wanted when thinking about our growing family, despite not having had kids yet. She supported every one of these wants and now we're expecting our first baby to come to this perfect home in just a few months. We can't recommend her highly enough!!!
