Negative experience: Would have given a negative star if I could. They were not helpful in anyways when we lived in their managed house and charged us ridiculous amount of money when we left. Totally got robbed! Charged us $250 for not cleaning up the trash cans, but I specifically asked their manager who came for the final inspection what to do since the trash collection day was the day after we leave. The manager said "Don't worry, we will take acer of it." What she did not tell me is that this service comes with $250 charge! Charged us $50 for a fridge filter. But either the previous renter or owner of the house provided us any fridge filters, we are charged $50 for a feature in the house that we never ever used. The list goes on...What makes me mad the most is that all these could have been addressed during the final investigation, but no, they decided to tell you everything is perfect and then charge you $1000 after you leave. How is this even legal?! We are not dirty filthy people, and we rented for 10 years elsewhere, never got ridiculous bills like this before. They act super nice in the beginning so you rent with them and robbed you when you leave.

Negative experience: I urge any and all buyers, renters, or sellers to avoid working with this company at all costs. Please seek to sell, buy, or rent elsewhere. My husband and I are relocating to the Livonia area as I am beginning my doctoral program this fall. We found a property that needed some TLC but fit the needs of our family. The property was listed By Caroline Chen of Crown Properties International. We offered the appraised value, despite the home being in disrepair. With the intent to quickly close and begin renovations. We would soon realize that Caroline and the seller (which appeared to know Caroline personally) listed the property without a quit claim deed that took over three weeks to obtain. The seller had been residing in her home country of China and was seeking to sell this property without the proper divorce documentation thus extending our close date past our original agreement. We requested that the seller re-compensate us for weeks of stringing the purchase along, moving costs, and rental fees. Caroline proceeded to threaten us with a lawsuit if we did not sign an extension without concessions. When we finally came to an agreement; Caroline used a lender loophole to break the contract ON the day of closing today. After which we decided against proceeding with the purchase. Again Caroline began to threaten us with a lawsuit and contact the title company asking them to keep our deposit. Thankfully all other parties involved, agreed that this company and agent is bad for business and supported us. Additionally, during the final walk through we became aware that this property did not have an occupancy certificate by a very noticeable orange sticker plastered on the front door. Therefore, we would not be able to move in until all repairs were made. Many of which were not on the immediate to do list. We were informed by the City of Livonia that this property had been in the program since December of 2019 and that the sticker had been unlawfully removed. I have never dealt with more dishonest people in my life! Please avoid this business!

Fantastic experience: Lenten was great with ft. Tom McCarthy .

Negative experience: terrible liar agents- KIM KIRYAKOS (karema )and her son JOSPEH K.(joe) My advice to everyone be away from these people they stole my money and they don’t Have experience They don’t care about the customer they just care about how much money they ganna make from you

Fantastic experience: Amazing team, referring all my friends and family to them!

Negative experience: absolutely terrible agents- KIM KIRYAKOS and her son JOSPEH K. Kim did our mortgage and referred us to her son to help us find a house. Her son Only took us to 4 homes, all which MY FAMILY had found on Zillow and sent to him. The houses he sent to us were not ever in our interest. He wasn't enthusiastic.. just very boring and not trying hard enough. My family decided to get a new agent. We had never signed any papers with Joe or his Mother. Kim would still get paid after we buy a house since she did our mortgage, we just wanted a different agent... don't see the problem in that! Anyway we asked her to send us the approval letter because we don't know if we actually got approved or if she's lying! She refused to send it to us because we wouldn't keep her son as our agent. She verbally said she would rip up the papers.Very unprofessional and this lady is just trying to help her son make money and not thinking of the clients! Her son then sent a text message assaulting us and that we are a "disgrace to the community". We have a right to find a different agent and they were making it seem like we did them wrong. Very unprofessional. DO NOT waste your time with these people...

Negative experience: Very unprofessional service. Realtor Joseph Kiryakos was very lazy in providing homes to show. I had to look up homes that were available for sale and send them to him just to get a viewing and most of the time he would get back too late to the point where the homes were already sold. Also, this Relator would get very mad if you were talking to other realtors. Most importantly, he will verbally accuse you of being a disgrace to your ethnicity if you decide to look for another realtor who will actually help you find a place to call home. If you are looking for a rude, incompassionate, and money hungry realtor, go for Joseph Kiryakos!
