Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a home, I highly recommend the Golden Key Group! They are truly an amazing team that goes above and beyond to make your vision a reality. Revan showed us numerous homes and, even when we were ready to pause our search, he continued looking for the perfect fit which ultimately led us to finding and purchasing our dream home. I wish I could give these guys 10 stars because they absolutely deserve it!

Negative experience: Is this business a scam?! This has to be some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced & I never even got to speak with anyone. I have no idea how anyone in this industry does not follow up with interested buyers on their own ACTIVE listings. Very strange business! I’m no longer interested in doing business with this company based on their horrible customer service. I’ve called multiple numbers listed on current, active listings. One number in the listing was for Arash, called & text, ZERO response. Another number I tried from their website, left a voicemail, ZERO response. I even tried email thinking I’d actually reach someone, but again, ZERO response! How do people do business like this? Hopefully it saves someone else the hassle, don’t even waste your time. If this is how they are before even starting the home buying process, I can’t imagine the experience throughout the transaction. I’d never recommend this company to anyone, nor will I be buying a home from ‘Golden Key’.

He made the entire process smooth and stress free, always keeping us informed and answering any questions we had right away. Fantastic experience: My husband and I had an excellent experience working with Triston Dadou. We were on a very tight timeline-expecting a baby and needing to be out of a rental by a certain date-and he worked incredibly hard to help us find a beautiful home. There were a few bumps in the road (totally out of anyone's control), but Triston handled everything professionally and negotiated a deal that helped us tremendously. His communication, patience, and dedication made the entire process so much less stressful. We are grateful for everything he did for us and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and truly committed agent!

Negative experience: After searching homes on Zillow I was connected with Jackie. I'm assuming when she figured out my financial state was not in a price range that she felt was worth of her time, she quickly stopped responding to emails. For three days I attempted to reach out with no luck. This is both rude and unprofessional. I am disappointed in this group and what it represents. I would have preferred a polite email stating she was unable to assist me than to be helped for sometime and then completely ignored me. I finally received a response after days, and it was technology's fault for not sending a particular link to me....I continued to check my spam and ask for the accuracy of my email to be double checked but no responsibility for that. Yes, the property I originally inquired about was not an option for me, however, as stated before this was not handled with any grace.

Fantastic experience: This was our first home and we had no idea how to begin our search. We got in contact with Revan and it was the best decision we made. Fantastic experience: Revan is an amazing agent. He brings a plethora of knowledge of home builds and the area. We sold a house and bought a house with Revan. Both were very painless. Revan handled the whole process. He is excellent at meeting and exceeding expectations but also explaining when enough is enough. Revan was able to get us multiple offers over asking price for our previous home. In four (4) days, we had nine (9) offers. Most real estate agents seem to be done once the deal closes but that is not Revan’s style. He has followed up multiple times to make sure we are happy with our forever home. I would highly recommend Revan to ANYONE that is in the home buying process.
