Buyers agent. Sellers agent. Property manager. Tenant finder. Just get an opinion and see where it takes you. Nice guy and easy to talk to. Fantastic experience: Where do I begin? James Silver has been our realtor since we bought our first house in 2005. We felt it was time for a change, bigger house with more property….so we called James up. I was extremely nervous with the housing market the way it is right now. I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that we could sell our house but we are a family of 5 with 5 chickens and a dog. How are we going to find a house to buy? If we don’t find a house, nobody is going to rent to us lol! I didn’t want to end up homeless. James assured us all along the way that everything would work out and that we would find a house to buy that we love. We are extremely picky so I doubted the whole time. Stephanie was incredible as well, she took our listing pictures and they were phenomenal! Most listing pictures make the house look better than it really looks. She made sure it looked exactly like real life. Which we thought was super important. Our house sold pretty fast AND we got over asking price. From showing our house all the way to closing, everything went to super smooth. In fact, at the closing the buyers even fell in love with James and asked for his info!! We actually found a house we adore and if it wasn’t for James we would have gotten beat out by another couple’s offer. He went to bat for us! The timing for closing and occupancy was so perfect. It was truly flawless. He was always so patient with my million questions about selling, buying, closing and more. We are just so grateful to have such a trustworthy realtor and team. Fantastic experience: James Silver of Keller-Williams did an outstanding job in handling the sale of our house. From meeting and advising us months before we were ready to list our house, then being with us all the way through negotiating with the buyers and closing the sale. He was always available to answer questions and hold our hands. He used his 25 yrs. of experience to reassure us and to negotiate with the buyers. The first day our house was on the market, we accepted a cash offer and closed 21 days later. James managed a number of offers/counter-offers, which resulted in a sale price exceeding our expectations. He quickly addressed situations that developed and responded quickly to our texts and phone calls. We highly recommend James Silver to handle any home sale. Negative experience: If your selling a property for sale by owner they'll spam your phone number for days on end. I've told multiple people from this agency im not interested.

When it was time to sell he listed my home and James helped me to sell it in 6 days for over the comp prices and over my list price.
