He helped me navigate quality homes in the pointes, and also sold my house in Bloomfield for well over the listing price. Wouldn't use any other agency if you're looking specifically in GP. All of the staff I've been in communication with have been a pleasure too.

Ryan Berns started the process even before my wife and I had concrete plans of selling the house. Over the next 3 years, Ryan would occasionally follow up with market updates and inquire about the timing of our move and how he could help. Once we had a better understanding of when we would sell, it became clear just how motivated Ryan was in making sure it was a quick and painless process. After disappointments with two local agents (Adlhoch & Assoc and Real Estate in the Pointes), who just sat back and kept telling us to drop our price, Jimmy had buyers lined up right away. Jimmy is simply the best from walk-through through closing, and he has our strongest endorsement.

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant experience, not as a client but as a neighbor of a commercial property. Wish they didn't have to sale the property. Really miss how well Jim Saros Realty kept the lawn clean and well groomed.

Negative experience: NOT HAPPY. We purchased a home and the seller used Emily McKinney from Jim Saros Real Estate Services. After closing, the inside house had (2) damaged doors from being kicked / punched in (bedroom and bathroom) and they did nothing about it. (it was not from the movers) Also it took a month to get an answer. I'm not going to get into how the house was suppose to be completely emptied of garbage and junk...... that's another story. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I'm not from Detroit, and although I knew what qualities I was looking for in a neighborhood, I didn't know where to begin. I wasn't just looking for an agent to help me find the right house--I was really looking for someone with local expertise to help me find the right neighborhood(s) to start my search. Jimmy responded to my initial inquiry within minutes and hopped on the phone to answer all of my questions. That first touch point was a great experience and it felt like a no-brainer to work with this agency. I specifically worked with Spencer Ray, who did a phenomenal job quickly getting showings scheduled, pointing out pros/cons and what to look for at each house we saw, and answering all of my questions about the home buying process. Spencer is truly a pleasure to work with--I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale... he took the time and initiative to really help me find the perfect house. In just a few weeks I was able to narrow down my long list of potential cities and really hone in on the exact neighborhood I wanted to buy. Spencer's local expertise and ability to answer all my questions really helped me to identify where I wanted to be. I'm now happily living in a neighborhood (and home!) that is the perfect fit for me. Jimmy Saros actually convienently cold-called us the week we decided to move, and it was a real stroke of luck. Negative experience: THE most unprofessional group EVER never fixed anything in my unit mold leaks broken windows ETC then was to evict us in the middle of a pandemic. landlord never responded to anything regarding rent or anything else SCAMMERS tried charging me for months that i never lived there ! Negative experience: Took over our apartment. Refused to give us are full refund on our deposit for damage THEY inflicted on the apartment. This company has no morals and took advantage of the cost of filing a complaint and Michigan laws. Would not ever rent from this company.
