Fantastic experience: Wanted to share my experience with using Ms Joann as my realtor agent. At first I was skeptical to use her as a dual agent. Reason being the last agent shown favorable towards the seller. Ms Joann was very knowledgeable on the property and was on the ball to get information when she didn’t have the answer. We both had the issue to deal with the funding of my loan. Not that I didn’t qualify, just had to deal with a loan officer that was not quite up to par. Ms Joann and I would communicate on what was missing and she would resubmit documents as needed. It was aggravating on both our parts, but I can say that Ms Joann is one to have on your side. She out done herself time and time again. If you are ever in doubt about using her as a dual agent, don’t be afraid. She represented both side with equal fairness. Ms Joann has been a realtor for many years. The main thing you should get from this review, is Ms Joann is someone you can trust to represent you the best way possible. I know that if I have to buy or sell, she will be the first one I call.

Negative experience: Difficulty trying to find a working number to contact the agent. Horrible response time! Won't be using this company for house rentals.

Fantastic experience: Scott Daugherty- First time selling a home, I needed someone who is trustworthy, able to take charge and can guide me through the process. Scott was the second person I interviewed, I liked him right away because he is so easy to talk to. Scott is straight forward, honest and courteous. He meticulously explained the entire process of selling a home for me, along the way answering all our questions and addressing all my concerns with patience and fineness. Scott went to work right away, telling me everything I needed to do to get the house ready for listing. I went to work to get his list done. He kept me informed when things change. I love how organized and transparent he is!

 Scott, took charge during the entire process and I just followed his lead. Although he was making most of the calls, he welcomed my input and respected my choices. He is sensitive to my needs and limitations, and genuinely cared about my family's well being. He always returns our calls and responds to my text swiftly. And he made time to meet with me whenever I needed him. My house was ready to be listed within 3 weeks and sold within 24 hours. I was beyond stressed and overwhelmed with how fast it was going, but thanks to Scott and his patience and straight forwardness he would calm me down and reassure me it is going to be ok and that I was doing great. I learnt so much from him through this journey. Bless his heart he had his work cut out for him dealing with me. We have had many laughs and memories in this short time together. My relationship with Scott did not just end when the house was sold. He is still looking out for me, making sure when I am ready to transition to my new home buying in Colorado he will help me find the best realtor out there to help my new home buying be easy. Negative experience: There must not be anyone that answers their information channel. Sent in 2 messages for more pictures of a property that I was interested in. No response! If they don't have any more then let someone know. If your system doesn't work then get it removed. Not very professional at responding.

The house was listed right before Christmas when many people were on vacation. That is the only reason the house took longer to sell.
