Fantastic experience: My fiancée and I closed on a house this week. Shane Corbin was our realtor and he is awesome to work with. He kept a constant line of communication with us and answered any questions we had. Our experience with him was great and he made our first home-buying experience as simple and pleasant as possible.

Fantastic experience: I needed to sell my Aunt's home as it was time for her to move to assisted living. Shane Corbin has been a family friend for a long time so I reached out to him when I was in town. I explained to him we may need him to help with various things since I live 11 hours away. He was more than happy to go above and beyond to help make the sale happen. We agreed on a competitive price listing and signed papers. Shane went and cleaned the house after the estate sale so we could get pictures quickly. The house went under contract in a day and we closed within the month. Fantastic experience: We went with Miranda Quick for our first home purchase because she is a friend from high school, but now we know she will always be our realtor because of how good she is at what she does. Miranda is a great communicator (despite us being 7 hours removed from the central time zone where she is!), extremely knowledgeable, a hard worker, and more. We had a few unique circumstances that made us as home buyers a little non-traditional yet she got us the answers we needed and made it happen. She helped us dodge a bullet a few months ago as we’ve patiently waited for the right house for us… and she came through for us when there were multiple offers on the home we just purchased. We have bought and sold over a dozen homes in our life time and had some very good realtors assist us in our searches and sales. Heather more than exceeded our expectations. She is knowledgeable of the market and the processes associated with purchasing the home that the client wants; she is efficient, honest, reliable and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer's satisfaction. Fantastic experience: I’m my name is Ariel and me and my husband John were expecting a baby, so we decided to start looking for a house first time buyers, super excited to take these next steps in our lives. We went to a previous agent won’t name companies or names but it was horrific, honestly it was a horrible experience and now that I know How amazing Scott was, I see it more. Scott Daugherty is absolutely amazing at what he does. We told him exactly what we were looking for he gave us pros and cons on specific homes we had looked at previously, after the first house failed inspection with the other realtor, I found Scott on Zillow, and he helped me so much and we went to go view some houses and I fell in love with our house. It was perfect beautiful farm house exactly where we needed it to be, perfect amount of land. Due to Covid-19 things took a bit longer than expected but Scott was on top of his game making sure everything was in place. Unfortunately the week we were suppose to close our son LJ was born prematurely, he passed away hours later, Scott was more of a friend to my husband and I. He wasn’t just working for us he was genuine and truly cared about how we were. He checked in on us he got us a house warming gift that his wonderful wife had made for us, it is spectacular and it means oh so so much to have someone that barely knew me to care so much about our family. He went above and beyond his job, he stopped what he was doing one after noon in the brink of 30 minutes he drove to the house and showed it to my mother in law because she wanted to see it and give opinions, he is absolutely wonderful and I’d give him 100 stars. On December 2, 2019, I listed them with Scott Daugherty. on January 21, 2020, we closed on the last of these houses. I am very pleased. I will do more business with him in the future, and I highly recommend him. Scott is a real people's person, he is very professional and very pleasant to deal with.

Negative experience: Inexperienced realtors. Complete lack of communication. They did not help with advising or staging. Basically put a sign in the yard and walk away. I fired this firm and will be going to another.
