Fantastic experience: Great agents

Negative experience: My experience with Keller Williams Realty has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve worked with a number of agents over the years, but the level of unprofessionalism, incompetence, and lack of accountability I encountered here was unmatched. I initially worked with an agent on the purchase of my home and reached out to her again to assist with the sale. Unfortunately, both experiences exposed how poorly trained and ill-prepared some of these agents are. The first offer I received for my home came from another Keller Williams agent—S.O—someone neither I nor Jerrise had ever heard of, and for good reason. S.O is an inexperienced and uninformed agent who clearly lacked the knowledge of the local market and did no due diligence prior to submitting an offer on my home. She attempted to use NACA financing without being a qualified NACA agent, misrepresented her understanding of the program, and ultimately failed to secure funding. Instead of taking responsibility, she tried to blame the fallout on me. It’s worth noting: the only home she has sold in the last five years was to herself. On the other side, my agent was unaware of recent changes to real estate guidelines regarding Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) releases, which resulted in multiple trips to court, legal fees, and unnecessary stress on my part. In addition to this, I observed that several Keller Williams agents simply do not respond to other agents during contract negotiations, further complicating already fragile deals. There is clearly a lack of oversight, training, and ethics among certain individuals within this brokerage. While I can’t speak for every Keller Williams agent, the fact that I had two extremely poor experiences—on both ends of a real estate transaction—is enough for me to never work with this company again. Buyer and seller beware. If you’re considering working with Keller Williams, do your research and proceed with extreme caution.

Fantastic experience: Dot Hicks is an outstanding realtor. In 2024, we decided to sell our rental property. The first person we thought of was Dot Hicks. Dot got the ball rolling right away. She came up with the selling price and marketing strategies. Immediately, we had a buyer! Dot guided us both thru the entire process. Dot ensured that both our interests were equally important. Dot did everything. She made the process smooth and completely effortless. Dot treated us like family. Highly recommend her if you are looking for a smart, professional, and experienced realtor, "Dot is the one!"

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience dealing with these professionals

Negative experience: Think twice if you decide to use this agency. Some realtors termination fee can be around $700 and say in order to terminate this agreement you must “signed dated letter with 5 business days' notice. Buyer agrees to reimbursement direct expenses and pay a $695 administrative fee within 3 business days of the termination notice.” Some realtors are just after a paycheck and not after the best interest of the client. Hence direct expenses can mean anything. From gas utilized, ect . Negative experience: Samantha is highly unprofessional. Called an hr before our 3rd scheduled viewing to say she was on her way. She was still 15 mins late and didn’t call to say she was running behind. Finally we get to view the property and was informed the day of viewing, the property is going to Foreclosure 4 days from viewing

Fantastic experience: - Catherine Thompson 4/1/2023 Dionne Belk has exemplified how the job is done. With an extraordinary go getter personality. Miss Belk dived in and began the process of meeting my needs as well as my specifics extras. D. Belk assisted with helping to educate me on how the business is ran and how teaming goes hand in hand. D. Belk knew the questions to ask to derive with a smooth delivery. D. Belk has a target on professionalism and an image of knowing what it takes to satisfy the client request. D. Belk was clear in connecting with partnering with sales, and the lender for the business investment to be complete all around. D. Belk stepped up, took the lead and executed her knowledge which was so impressionable. I was so honored...it was a moment of I had the best of the best. I was secured in knowing I would be completely happy and satisfied. D. Belk has left a memorable impression and a lasting fact of she is "THE ONE" I want on my side for my first time HOME investment. There are not enough stars for D. Belk to receive from me. I can ONLY thank GOD she was with me through this journey. I trusted her and she gave her all and ensuring I had no worries. Thank you, Keller Williams for sharing D. Belk with me. She is outstanding, she is kind and caring. I'm sure she will continue to go far in whatever she sets her mind to. Fantastic experience: We needed a realtor for a cross country relocation, and we needed one quick! I found Saundra Peters on Facebook, and she responded within 24 hours of inquiry. Saundra was thoughtful throughout the entire process. Since we were out of the state, we had a virtual consultation and she was thorough in noting our likes, dislikes, needs and wants. During the viewing phase, Saundra gave detailed virtual viewings and videos. Once we relocated she assisted us with finding what we need and was very helpful. We highly recommend Saundra and will use her next time we are in need.

Negative experience: There has been a property on both washington post and zillow for over 30 days and I have both called and sent messages and havent been able to get a call back! I then had my fiance call and same issue for him as well. Is the company no longer in business, is the agent no longer working for you, or are yall just that bad at getting back with people. I am extremely disappointed.

Negative experience: I had an 11:30am 10/27/2018 appointment to see the listed property at 707 Addison rd, Capitol Heights, MD. I came all the way from Germantown to see this property, just to be told that apparently the tour was cancelled because the townhouse was now under contract. I received nothing in advance saying that the tour was cancelled. I've been trying to see this property for weeks now. Had your agency provided Swift and diligent service I'm sure I would've been the one to get the contract. This has been the most unprofessional realtor experience I've ever had. Inconvenienced would be an understatement. This is unacceptable, especially coming from a "licensed realtor".
