Fantastic experience: I received from Clever Real Estate 3 agents in referral, but Billy Okoye was the only one who took the initiative to review neighborhood market condition and recommended a specific selling price when calling me the first time. Billy Okoye then took the initiative to go to the property, took photos, and made suggestions of renovations before I even signed an agent agreement with him.
