Fantastic experience: can’t say enough great things about my realty team (Chris, Monica, & Melvin) they truly came through for me when I needed it the most. From the very beginning, they walked me through every single step, making sure I understood exactly what was needed. From putting in offers to getting all the way to closing, they stayed on top of everything and kept me informed the whole time. They were en patient, responsive, and supportive with me. No question was too small, and they made what could’ve been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. Definitely appreciate it

Negative experience: Unprofessional and unorganized business. I had to chase them down for everything related to my rental property to the point that I finally asked myself WHY AM I PAYING THEM?? It’s been over 4 months since I stopped working with them and I still have not received my tenant’s deposits and other fees. When I try to follow up I get no response from Melvin or his staff. At this point, I believe he intends to ignore me until I forget, but I will post reviews every day if I have to. The bottom line is you cannot be in business and treat customers without the dignity and respect that they deserve. Do not trust this man with your property. His businesses practices are extremely shady.

Fantastic experience: I feel as though I had to write this review after checking for Melvin Yates. He helped me to sell my parent's house about 8 years ago and I was searching for his services on a new endeavor. My post is that Mr. Yates was a true professional that helped me sell my parent's house for a fair price when others couldn't get offers. I wish him much success and I will contact him for services in the future.

Negative experience: Repeatedly harassed by text and phone even after demanding to stop contact. Asked for their mailing address repeatedly to send cease and desist in writing but agents just hang up the phone. This is the solution. Call them out on every social media platform until they learn how to communicate effectively!

Negative experience: He's not friendly, he's a realtor and a politician who makes promises he can't keep. He represented a homeowner in a rental that I was interested in. He fabricated the condition of this old house. After moving in I found mold in many areas of the house, especially the "sun room". The house made me sick, when I reached out to him, he claimed that didn't exists when I signed the lease. How can he represent his clients or a person of the community with this type of business practice. He did not and wasn't interested in resolving the issue. I will never get property he represents nor will I vote for him.

Negative experience: Realtor Jeremy Lucky is horrific. As a business owner who has clients that would've possibly benefited from his services realtor wise and financial literacy I will never recommend this company as he does not want to answer questions and called me "dumb" for even asking. Such a disappointing turn of events.

Fantastic experience: A year ago this time another Realtor company told me I would never be a home owner! When I spoke with Melvin Yates at Exit Flagship Realty he told me to come right in and my team will help get you your house. He never lied!!!! One of his agents Corey Young met with me and became my Realtor. I said Corey my scores are not high enough yet. Corey connected me with one of his Lenders, who worked with me and in a few short months, I received my approval letter! Corey Young took me out to several houses until I found the house of my dreams. My fiance' and I closed on our house on Friday, September 2nd! Melvin Yates and his team of Realtors are everything! They are doing big things for the African American Community! They made our dreams come true! Thank you Melvin for treating me with such dignity!

Fantastic experience: The housing market is EXTREMELY crazy right now, having a responsive agent they is willing to listen to you, take all your concern into consideration, put in more research and effort into each house of your interest is hard to find. LESLIE COLLIER is her name, being the best AGENT is her game :)))). I’ve been through two agents before her, I’ve been told so many things that was just wrong, I’ve been told you cant many times, I’ve missed out on more than 4 houses because the agency was not ready. If you’re going to give this company a try, I’d HIGHLY SUGGEST you contact her. There is always going to be some good and bad apple in every company but she’s definitely one of the good one!!!

No matter the situation during the process, we could depend on them (and Joseph specifically) to walk us through the process with care and professionalism. My mom was a first time homebuyer and felt extremely comfortable with the staff throughout the process. I wholeheartedly recommend Exit Flagship to any home buyer.

Negative experience: Unprofessional isn't even strong enough in my opinion. Even looking at the reviews I haven't seen so many ones for a realty company. Bad business practice . I had read unethical, unprofessional, and less than reputable and I have experienced all of these

Negative experience: I wish I could put zero stars because that's how many they deserve. I found a listing for a rental property that I wanted to view since there were no photos of the interior. I called the listing agent Crystal Alston, it rang to her voicemail which was generic and I wasn't even sure it was her. I called the agency several times and the secretary was trying to be helpful but she can only work with what she has. After an email to Crystal still didn't get any contact I wanted to speak to another agent. (Little did I know Crystal OWNS the property I wanted to rent). The agency was more than happy to email me solicitation but wouldn't respond to me personally. I finally got in touch and set an appointment for today at noon. I get there and no one shows up, I text and call Crystal. She finally texts me back that she can't get ahold of the property manager, she's out of town otherwise she'd show up, and we need to cancel. That was the final straw, if this is how they act for a prospective tenant, I can't imagine how it would be if I needed something fixed in the property. If someone had reached out before I drove over a half hour to have my time wasted I would've rescheduled. I refuse to work with or give my money to such an unprofessional agency.

Negative experience: My review is more for a specific realtor rather than exit flagship. However, the agent is also a reflection of the agency. My complain is again Nwabueze Okwodu. I would highly advise you to not work with this realtor. He engages in unethical behavior. My condo has been dealing with a leak and he owns the property that the leak is coming from an he refuses to deal with the issue. There is also holes in his condo and he is allowing his tenants to live in uninhabitable conditions while his neighbors have to deal with the brunt of it. He is benefitting from a career in real estate without managing the properties that he actually owns. He also hires shotty contractors to do haphazard work when it comes to making repairs. They do a patchy job that leaves both his tenants and his neighbors to deal with filthy livings conditions. Please don’t use this realtor for future transactions. He engages in unethical behavior.

Fantastic experience: Working with Kiona Simon, Realtor was the best experience. She sold my house in Crofton, MD and did a great job, she is now my go to realtor. Thanks EXIT Flagship Realty for producing such first class agents.

Deric and Jacquie McGauley, along with their closing coordinator, Robin Williams, were incredibly helpful in getting me through the buying process. They understood what I was looking for and were able to give me a realistic expectation based on where I wanted to buy, how fast things would move, and what my strongest offers would be. Buying in DC can be very hectic, so I appreciated all the advice and essentially handholding they did in this process. I just closed on a house, with an offer under asking (pretty rare in DC), and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend using Exit, and specifically Deric, Jacquie, and Robin if you're looking for a great home!

Fantastic experience: Sold and bought a house with Exit Flagship and had such a great experience. Our agent, Markida Walker, was knowledgeable on both processes and got us in our dream house. The whole process with this company was smooth, professional and pleasant.

Negative experience: Initially impressed by the smoke & mirrors... had high hopes & positive expectations for working with local Black business. We quickly learned they establish LLCs to conduct their less than reputable transactions to mitigate damage to the Grady Properties/Exit Flagship Realty (trade name) entities. I’ve experienced them to be intentionally deceptive and only show concern when $$$ impact their bottom line. They show no consideration or respect for the fact that they are selling/renting homes that people live in after they’ve rushed to the bank and deposited the cashier’s check. They have been slow to respond/repair even after involving PG County Inspection & Enforcement & MD Office of the Attorney General. Hopefully, they will stop trying to get over on people they assume aren’t as intelligent as they are and conduct business with some integrity and actually fulfill contractual obligations.

Fantastic experience: If you are a licensed real estate agent in Maryland or DC and looking for a brokerage to join, EXIT Flagship Realty offers a ton of training, coaching, mentoring and network of agents to help propel your business as a licensed professional. As a new agent to the industry this office has helped me tremendously and provided the tools necessary to build a business for success.

Negative experience: EXIT. Is the word.My agent initial SBA tried to call the title company a day before closing and have them up her commission 1 per cent, which would have cost me 2000$ if I had not caught it in time. She did not tell me where closing was . By the time I found out where it was taken place by the title company, I was told closing was over to sign 3 papers and was giving a check. For the sale of my house. I'm still trying to get back 1000$ good faith offering .

Negative experience: These company is the most unprofessional laziest,unethical group I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.the leasing agent/realty agent did not help me find housing and then when I ask for a refund he explained that he did wat he could ...he was not equipped to deal with my housing need and after showing me four properties that with had contracts on them or he took to long to submit the application..with no follow thru...i found my own place and contacted him to get some of my money back (he did show houses that were already taken)...the agent was likeno refund did is job...what a joke.... I have called the own many times with no follow thru no call back and no nothing...when is it time for me to purchase a home or refer some one in even if this was the last company o. God's green earth I would never you this place.....

The broker is very experienced and knowledgeable and has employed effective strategies for helping me reach my real estate goals. I would recommend without reservation to a friend or family member.

Negative experience: These people...are very unprofessional. I booked an appointment with them on a Saturday, had to reschedule, asked if I could possibly come in on Sunday? Was told yes, and asked to pick a time, I picked one. When I showed up --ON TIME -- the door was locked, and the once eager agent was not answering my texts...their website is OK so I may still use it, but buy a house with these people??? Not me. Never. At least explain what went wrong, don't just disappear when things get a bit uncomfortable. If they had just apologized and rescheduled with me, everything would have been fine. He didn't even bother to explain why the agent did not show up, or provided her number so I could contact her directly. Drove half and hour out of my way for nothing! Don't bother with these unprofessional people!

Negative experience: I submitted an offer on a property listed by this company that was accepted. During the inspection, we found extensive termite damage and structural problems in the crawl space. I decided to walk away due to the existing damage - there was a clause in my contract that allowed me to do this. The sellers are not making it easy for me to get my deposit back (agent is part of the LLC that was selling the property). It has been over a week and they still haven't signed the form to releas my deposit. To make matters worse, they have relisted the property with no mention of the termite damage in the crawl space. I'm not sure if this is legal because they were informed of the damage and did not disclose this information in the listing.
