Fantastic experience: Overall, great experience from beginning to end. I wanted to sell my empty lot and thought about it for awhile, and wasn't sure how to go about it. Then I got an email from Kim and she responded right away with a phone call on how to get started. I saw plenty of other empty lots in the same price range for sale, so I assumed it would be 8-12 months or more before it would sell and I was expecting to have to take significantly less than the listing price. Boy was I wrong. Kim and her team helped me get an offer within 3 months and the final selling price was pretty close to the listing price. Everything was easy on my end, did the majority of it online, only stopped in her office once. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: If it were possible to give more than five stars, I would! First, we got the original offer on New Year’s Day, when Kim was ON VACATION. That tells you something, right there. The sale of our house went relatively smoothly, but our move out did not, and Kim pitched in and helped us get out of the house as if it was SHE who was moving! She helped us pack and load the trucks in high heels! My husband and I were absolutely crazed, I was on the verge of a breakdown, and Kim helped us get through it with grace and humor. And weeks later, after we realized that we left some sentimental personal belongings in the house, Kim went back and got them for us, and had them shipped to us in our new location.
