Fantastic experience: We are using Joe to both find a new home and sell our present one. Joe has been patient with both the state of the world (2020 kind of is what it is), and our own rather oddball circumstances and needs that have led to some 6 months of house hunting -mainly due to the lack of available homes in our area that work for our situation. We have found him and his agents to be honest, timely, and easy to deal with despite all of that. I'm not massively experienced with realtors, or buying and selling a house, but I know he makes the person we purchased our current house from look terrible in comparison.
