I checked out a couple of agents before I went with Alan, but knew after one or two calls that he was the agent I was looking for. You might think, “why does it matter who my agent is”? The reality is that your agent is gonna be the QB/coordinator for every aspect of your potential deal as well as handle some of the “cleanup” tasks that occur. You want someone you can trust and depend upon when things get rocky, the seller gets difficult or when someone’s missing an insurance item they need.
