Fantastic experience: We've worked with close to a dozen realtors over the years as we've purchased and sold homes. Colin Panzi has absolutely been the best. He communicates proactively, is very capable in his knowledge of real estate, and goes above and beyond. There were some seemingly small things he offered that made it a pleasure to work with him. Fantastic experience: The Panzi Real Estate Team is simply amazing! Colin and Chase helped me find a great lender, buy my new home (excellent negotiation!), and then sell my old home. They are great about communication; kept me in the loop every step of the way and was quick to respond to any call, text, or email I sent. Sounds simple right? But it wasn't. They went above and beyond to get my old home sold. It needed A LOT of work done! They found a buyer almost immediately and got a purchase agreement with all the things listed that the buyer wanted/needed fixed. They found good contractors to get all the work done; and it got done fast! They got everything taken care of which was amazing for me because I'm a single mom to very energetic 5 year old twins, and getting all of that done myself would have taken forever. It only took about 2 months for all of this to happen; from buying my home to closing on the sale of my old home.
