We were moving from out of state, and they were so knowledgeable and helpful of introducing us to the area, understanding the different neighborhoods and helping us to find the perfect home for us. I should also mention they toured and videoed several homes for us so that we could see without driving the 4 hours for every home we were interested in - even videoing the street and neighborhood to give us a feel for the area. Their entire office was so communicative, we never had to follow up or question where things were, because they were always two steps ahead. She updated and informed often the condo unit for sale, and showing details. She found me this condo unit and I decided to take it, somewhat outdated but she gave an extraordinary vision with her recommendation and she was absolutely right. Gillian made the process smoothly from the closing and signing of the settlement.I love this condo unit and I call it a home. When we first reached out to Gillian, we had no intentions of quickly buying a home. However, after she put us in touch with a wonderful Lender and we were able to begin that process of reviewing what our actual mortgage payment would be, we were able to quickly jump into the process. She was so flexible to help us see approximately seven homes in a week, and we had an offer put in by the end of our second weekend on our absolute dream home. Fantastic experience: Prior to starting my search for a property to buy outside of Charlotte, I asked for a number of recommendations for good agents. Ultimately, I chose to work with Danny King as I had prior interactions with him and liked him personally. The home-buying process could not have gone any better. Not only is Danny one of the nicest and most accommodating people I've met, he is extremely good at helping to locate the right fit. We found the right house on our first day out (I had had my eye on three that I really liked), but after we went into contract, Danny graciously took us out to the property over a dozen times (inside and outside normal business hours) to check and double check to make sure the house was in a condition we wanted. He helped us find a mortgage company that gave us a much better interest rate than our bank, and his team was really on top of every detail right through the closing. This is the third house buying process we've gone through and this was by far the best. I wouldn't even consider working with another real estate group going forward.
