Negative experience: Stopped by a 3 day listing on N Reedsburg Rd and thought we could see the house which is way off the road. Drove down the driveway and encountered Bill Hays and a few other people. We asked if we could look around and he rudely replies No Call for appointment. He was very rude and unprofessional. Never deal with a person that has no time for people. Beware!!

Fantastic experience: We contacted Bill, because his name was on the realty sign where we discovered a small cottage and property for sale. I'm not sure which was the luckiest find, the cottage or meeting Bill. In a location where properties rarely come on the market and land deals are tricky Bill was an amazing conduit between us, the sellers, our bankers, and the local governmental agencies. Due to red tape and appraiser errors we thought the deal wasn't going to happen. After a few days of dealing with our disappointment, Bill called with some ideas of how we and the sellers could get the deal done.
