Fantastic experience: Today is the day my children get the keys to the home that Tasha and Alan Withers found for them—and it is absolutely perfect. ❤️ I remember hearing Tasha say to my daughter, as she comforted her after we had looked at a home that was less than ideal, “We will find you a perfect home in a quiet cul-de-sac in a family-friendly neighborhood. Fantastic experience: Alan and Tasha have truly taken care of our family throughout this entire process. From start to finish, everything was smooth sailing. The amount of resources and referrals they provided for us was honestly amazing. From lenders and inspectors to even a foundation expert, they were able to point us in the right direction every step of the way. Even the appraiser was impressed with the amount of extra information they were able to provide about the house. We had sold our previous house with real estate attorneys, and that process took about 4 months in early 2026. When we started working with Alan and Tasha to buy our new home this summer, we were amazed at how quickly everything came together. Within the first two weeks, we had almost all of our documents done, boxes checked, and were ready for the appraisal. With the market shifting into a buyer’s market, they really helped us feel like we were in control. Fantastic experience: We were considering selling our home for a long time, but decided to wait until we were sure we're ready to move from the Bothell area. Alan and Tasha went over the top in supplying us with a home assessment including comp's and other useful information to give us an idea of what to expect. When we pulled the trigger they were there to give us input on what repairs were needed prior to sale (based on their suggested pre-inspection), and provided a staging company along with our own furnishings to properly show the home. Alan provided his own photography services as well, they even took care of our yard when we left for a pre-planned vacation, another added bonus! I had reached out to Alan for some guidance, not only with the pricing but to help my clients understand the importance of an open houses, and to also provide the pros and con's when appliances (fridge, washer/dryer/handmade drapes and chandeliers) did not convey with the Property.
