After months of viewings, the weird older realtor we were originally assigned by Zillow wasn't working for us. So, I made a desperate plea on Facebook for a good buyer's agent and was recommended Cierra by a former coworker. Within 2 weeks we were putting in an offer. She made everything easy and smooth. She explained everything step by step and walked us through the whole process. We were so impressed we brought her on board to help sell my fiancé's mobile home before we move and she had us under contract for nearly asking price in less than 2 weeks, and got us a backup offer. We moved from Charlottesville, Virginia so needless to say we were had to communicate with Renay by texts, calls and emails for most of our process of finding a home and getting the deal closed. Fantastic experience: I recently bought and sold with the Dayna Edward’s team, my realtor was Stacey Dentler. I had met Stacey several years ago at an open house when I thought I was ready to move. Life happened and fast forward 3 years later I was finally able to sell and buy. From the beginning Stacey answered all texts and phone calls, took me to showings no matter what. Stacey was very thorough and knowledgeable during the whole process and gave great insight. Stacey grew to know what I’d like and wouldn’t like — we’d get to a house and she’d say “oh you’re going to like this one.” When it came to selling my house she had beautiful pictures taken, I had received many compliments on the pictures. Fantastic experience: As a former real estate photographer who worked with over a hundred Realtors before moving to Canton, I know what makes a competent real estate professional. When I started my home search, I planned on interviewing multiple Realtors, looking for somebody who was hard-working, committed to their clients, and who possessed knowledge of the local market as well as knowledge in common issues homes typically have in the area. A huge plus to me was somebody who understood what the costs to remedy/renovate those issues would come out to. Kelli Long was the first person who I interviewed (because she was so prompt with replying to my request to talk to her), and she was the only person I needed to interview.
