Negative experience: I went from a domestic violence shelter to a woman's shelter. King properties wanted the money rapid rehousing paid. After 8 of paying on my own, and making sure I paid in full on my two weeks pay, king properties gave me a letter that they won't renew my lease. They gave me 19 days now to move out. I can't afford a down payment and first month's rent. They are making me homeless again. I didn't verbally abuse anyone. I asked if he would move my plants before the lawn mower. I've had two grills trashed from the mowers as u are aware and I have the pictures of also my fridge is still broke, the ceiling looks terrible. I asked u to fix the roof and 3 months later it still looked like crap. The downstairs neighbor has a dog and u can smell the Poop. And then I've told them they have skunks under the porch. They do nothing for it. I wouldn't have this place when I am. Homeless

Fantastic experience: We've rented from King a few years now and we're very happy with them. Kim in the office is very responsive and professional. It's very easy to report a repair that needs done and they usually come the same day.

Negative experience: I applied a few times no contact from them at all my friend had done the same and no communication whatsoever. I even paid for the application fee each time. Please don’t keep taking folks application fees and not even a get a call back or something. I had to Google to make sure king properties are real and that’s sad I shouldn’t have to do that

Negative experience: Where can I start they don’t fix anything they want you to move before they fix anything and they got a real bad mouse problem and they it’s been 4 months since they came out to fix it anything and they didn’t pass inspection so if you on any program that helps you with rent if they don’t pass inspections, they won’t pay rent King’s property handle their tenants poorly call and text them to come out no answer but come out to fix empty apartments, but not fixing anything that there current tenants apartmentsare in shady places like kings property I am going to keep writing reviews till something change

Fantastic experience: Sadly I was evicted from here and it was my own fault. They worked with me for as long as they could. Even after being evicted I still recommend them to everyone. It's a great place to call home. They are so nice and professional, there was not one problem that I called about that they did not handle and when I say handle I mean immediately. I loved it there the place was very well kept and the price was even better.

Fantastic experience: I rented from Mike King from 93-01 I regretfully had to find another landlord because my family was growing and he didn't have a bigger place available at the time. Until this day, 22 yrs later Mike was and still the best landlord that I've had and if I see him out somewhere and speak I ask if he remembers me and with a smile he says my name lol.

Negative experience: Had a maintenance guy come with in centimeters of hitting me. I called their office to report the driver and was told that they cannot control their drivers. I told them they will when someone gets hit. They hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: What do I like about King Properties? Everything! Been here going on 10 Years and have never had an unpleasant office experience. Kim is great, always helpful and caring. Any issues have always been taken care promptly and carefully by Kurt and the staff. King Properties are a great place to live! Say this all the time but I guess I should have written it down ages ago.

Fantastic experience: I have been with King Properties for nearly three years. Kim & Mike have been amazing! Kim is always responsive and polite when I contact the office. The maintenance staff is good with the exception of Kurt who is absolutely amazing and always works clean and neat and friendly! King Properties has been extremely helpful when I’ve had issues over the years and I am grateful for their patience and help.

Fantastic experience: The person that left the nasty review prior also parks like this -- keep that in perspective as you review their comments. I have been a tenant in the Carpenter Building for 8 years, and I praise Kim for always going out of her way to provide the best service possible. What Kim can't control, however, is a selfish tenant that doesn't respect her peers and when they get ticketed for parking in the half hour parking for days at a time they lash out to the world from the pulpit of victimhood. The 1 star rating and nasty comments do not reflect King Properties.

Negative experience: This company is the epitome of unprofessionalism. A complete farce, bias in all regard. Management are completely incompetent, harassing tenants themselves and allowing other tenants to harass us. It's easy to understand now why they aren't BBB accredited. Never have I seen so many miserable people with so much time on their hands. Cheers to all the nasty women who feels the need to be so incredibly hateful and spiteful and unknowing of other people's situations. You know nothing. Karen's stand united strong here, folks. Run!

Negative experience: Horrible unprofessional management, absolute lack of empathy towards tenants, covers up the problems with the apartment building, completely obtrusive in tenants business, rude and nasty. Had numerous issues with other tenants, parking, management, the apartment itself and it's incredibly overpriced. Seriously not cool.

Fantastic experience: I have been renting from Kings Properties for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier! I love my apartment any minor issues has been dealt with promptly. Kim at the front desk is amazing! Very kind and professional!

Negative experience: Website is blank, inactive, no listings, no info, out of date.

Positive experience: The lady that answered was polite

Negative experience: Made me jump through hoops just to deny me. I make almost $6000 a month. The quote was "we're trying to revitalize downtown". I wasn't welcomed.

Fantastic experience: I have been a tenant with King Properties for a year now. Never had any complaints. They gave been out to fix any small issues that needed attended to promptly. Kim in the office is a very professional and kind person. The maintenance staff all also great men. I would recommend King over and over again great landlord!

Fantastic experience: I rented a 4th floor walk up in the Rose Building for more than a year and would have stayed much longer if personal variables would have allowed. King Properties preserves the best qualities of vintage properties and supplements them with good quality amenities. Attention to any problems was immediate and exceeded my expectations. Kim in the office is an incredible asset not only to the company but to the tenants and the community. Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: Just rented a unit in a newly renovated building. I'm loving it. They did a great job with the renovation and every issue I reported (all very minor) were handled the same day. Kim the property manager is awesome. She was very patient and accommodating when I asked to see the same units three times because I couldn't make up my mind. She also made the leasing process very easy and convenient. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience: I've used King Property for commercial rental in Downtown Canton and they have always been quick in response to queries and are reasonable and professional people. I've never rented from someone as professional as King Properties.
