Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about how wonderful Darcy was to work with! Before listing, we walked through my house and she made suggestions to do first. She hooked me up with an excellent handyman who took care of everything on the list. She was great about explaining to me why she was recommending the amount we should list the house at. Honestly, I was a little concerned we were overpricing it but I should have known better than to doubt Darcy! I ended up selling at $10,000 over asking! Darcy was so helpful, available and patient. I can’t recommend her enough!

Negative experience: One of the worst agents to deal with. Never recommend her, she can’t control her sellers nor communicate with other agents. She needs to lose her license.

Negative experience: AC issue on my home I purchased. Moved into the home with non working AC, contacted company and they stated the prior owner declined repairs. Listing for home was wrong, and misleading. She eneded up writing a a check to fix AC. Roof was replaced and had to do my own homework on who did the repair.

Fantastic experience: If I could give Darcy 6 stars, I would. In a matter of months, she showed us 20+ houses, but remained patient, honest, and dedicated throughout it all. She helped us sell our old home and find our new one and we plan to use her again if the time ever comes!
