Fantastic experience: First off I have not meet a nicer office people ever. They work with you if you have an issue with your unit and they are always pleasant to talk to. I have not lived in an apartment in decades and I have to say that I’m going on 3 years now at the same unit and I couldn’t have been happier here. Living next door to a main road you would hear a lot of traffic. Well at some points you can, but the majority of the time you can barely hear cars going by. So I happy to have found this place 3 years ago

Fantastic experience: SonShine management or good to rent from they fix everything that needs to be fixed. You don’t have to ask them twice. They do get on it. It’s just a good place to rent from Sherry Kaitlyn, they are real good people they work with you. Just talk to them and let them know what you need

Place I moved into is nice and they fixed the issues I had with the place and looking forward to being with them for awhile!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Sonshine Management to find your next place to live. They have a lot of properties from apartments to condominiums to homes. I have found their work ethic is above and beyond expectations and they take pride in their service which shows when you talk with them. They are quick to fix any problems that you may take place with your rental as well as more than happy to help you find solutions to any problems that you might encounter. They are also very quick to respond to any questions that you might have unlike some other company's that I have dealt with that you never hear back from. You will find the Management and staff to be extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: So we’re moving down to Florence cause my husband is going to be a recruiter here. We had a house lined up get down here to move in and it had mold everywhere and was not move in ready. So we were back at square one. We call Sonshine management and they let us view the house and worked with us to get it in a short matter of time! They were so sweet and helpful! Can’t thank them enough! Made it such an easy process! I didn’t get their names! But thank you!!! If you read this we’re the couple with the 4 kids haha We’re so thankful for you guys!!

Negative experience: I wish I knew someone or some legal action I can use against this company. They are already giving an eviction notice, and I am only a few days late, plus the late fee is almost another rent payment. So many people are struggling to live in homes, but these crooked people are trying to kick you out, and most likely sleeping peaceful at night, not caring about what they are doing to other people. God don't like ugly.

Positive experience: I have been staying in one of the complexes managed by Sonshine management system. I appreciate the team for being there when there is any sort of maintenance that needs to be taken care of. They are approachable and accommodating when there is a genuine concern. Fantastic experience: I have been living at one of Sonshine Management apartment complexes for a little over 7 years and from my experience, I must say everything was wonderful. Anytime I needed maintenance to fix something I would put in a request and they came to fix any issue I had within two business days. When I first moved here I worked with Tammy and she would go above and beyond to help me and answer any questions and concerns .. I've also had the pleasure to meet Candice and she has a very professional and pleasant personality. I especially want to thank Sonshine Management for helping me through covid back in 2020, I was out of work for a couple of months because of covid and they were able to help me make a payment plan for my rent. Thank you so much, for your kindness, customer service and assistance. Many blessings to you all!.

Positive experience: I just moved into the complex and I love where my apartment is and Sherri and Tammy have both helped me tremendously to get this apartment because where I was originally supposed to be was to full so both Sherri and Tammy helped me with this apartment they both work really good with your company and I want to thank both of them for all their help

Negative experience: I was threatening to get evicted because my hot water heater bust and destroyed my personal properties that i thought their rental insurance covered.I admit I did got loud after Tammy tone got loud with me. I felt she tried to use her position as manipulation by threatening to evict a single parent that hasn’t even paid her rent late for the last 14 months I’ve been living here!!I pray God deals with them and their inconsiderate manner.Please don’t rent here I will not be renewing my lease!

Negative experience: Do not rent. One star is too much. They deserve a -3. Slumlord defines them best. Bradley and Tammy are dishonest, is reluctant to make any repairs, and enjoys making threats to evict. As if the process is quickly done without a judge involved. I don't think he knows how eviction work. Slumlords

Negative experience: I would definitely not recommend this company..I had a HORRIBLE experience dealing with them. Not professional at all. Tried not to pay me back my 950.00 deposit and said I owed them over 1300.00 in damages, but I took them to small claims court and justice prevailed...if I could give zero stars I would!!!!

Negative experience: Terrible service to the owners of the associations they manage. Rarely ever return phone calls, forcing you to make numerous calls to leave more voicemails.

Negative experience: They are money hungry slumlords who doesn’t fix anything ..owners are very unprofessional and unpleasant to do business with..How are they allowed to rent ...I would never ever recommend them to anyone..Once you live there until lease is up and they want you to do month by month and then you move out and don’t even live in the POS apartment they still want you to pay them ..That’s robbery ...As they try and use the court system to justiciable action ..Which is a against my rights as American..Beware stay away from this company..Really bad business ppl

Negative experience: Very unprocessional rental place. Tammy is very unprofessional don’t know how to handle business, hanging up the phone on customers. Cheating people out of money and lieing about people owning late fees when they don’t. All the apartments are not that great to live in anyway. such a bad experience!!

Fantastic experience: A fine company to do business with. Elijah Jones is the property manager and was very kind and helpful in finding me a condo when we lost our home in the floods.

Negative experience: Sonshine mgt is very unprofessional. I was told to call the next day to receive more information about an upcoming unit for viewing by one of there staff members and I called the next day as told just to be informed that the boss of Sonshine mgt went ahead and secured the apartment to another applicant without even viewing the apartment first. The young lady who informed me explained to me that this was not the proper protocol of how things are done but being that he is "The boss" he can do that which is fine but very unprofessional and most importantly not fair. I will never the least think about doing business with them and would recommend others as well.

Negative experience: One maintenance man to handle all of their properties. I waited 4 days for the maintenance man to come fix my issue, as much as I paid for rent that was unacceptable. The heat pump broke during that severe cold winter we had a few years back and they told me to use fire place, didn’t offer space heaters or anything. Then in August of 2018 when my baby was literally only 3 weeks old the a/c went out and it took them until September to fix. We had to borrow window units from friends. The rental company and the owners of the house did not help at all and we paid $1200 a month. On top of that when I moved out of the house; they sent me a bill for $5000. I lived there almost 4 years and was never late, even replaced the carpet in some parts of the house. 1. $1250 for breaking lease, my lease was up in 2015. 2. Garage door repair, okay the garage is a building next to house and it didn’t work when we moved in. 3. Wood rot on floors How am I supposed to know if there is wood rot under house? It was showing zero visible damage from inside. 4. A pet fee plus a fee for damage my imaginary pet supposedly did. I’ve never had a pet. I can’t have pets. I have a disabled son!!! On top of that the landlords came by often and not once did they see a pet. This company is nothing but crooks!!!!

Negative experience: We were told one thing when we signed the lease and now were being told something completely different. We called about a spider infestation when we first moved in, they sent Harris Pest Control, and 2 months later there are still spiders everywhere. We called back to ask them to come spray again and they said its up to us now. It was a one time complementary service, and they couldnt help that they were still there. We asked for the huge limbs hanging over our house to be cut down due to the category 5 hurricane that was supposed to be headed straight for SC, they said they would put a work order in.... the limbs are still there. I do not recommend anyone rent through them.

Negative experience: The people who work in the office and answer the phones never have any clue about anything on their properties when they actually do answer the phone.
