Fantastic experience: Life pushed me in a different direction and I found myself in the market to buy my first home. I have been friends with shayne for a long time and had seen him help other mutual friends with their home search, so I reached out to him. He was always professional and helpful. Between Shayne, Gilleah and their team along with the help of Brian Griffin and his team at Bay Equity Home Loans, we managed to find a really nice property that had been freshly remodeled in 2017 for a really reasonable price. Our offer was accepted and with the hard work of both teams in our corner, we managed to close for a first time home buyer within about 24 days start to finish! Which is for the most part unheard of. And the icing on the cake is, the property came with free equity considering it appraised for more than my purchase price. All in all, I was very satisfied and happy with everything, well other than the situation that put me in the market for a house in the first place.

Fantastic experience: Shayne helped us earlier this year decide what updates would increase our old properties value most and within our very tight time frame. After we finished those updates he had a fantastic photographer come through and take pictures and then made a blueprint of the place, it looked fantastic. We looked at 2 houses in May of 2021 when the market was crazy hot and put an offer in on one and had it accepted. So that really put a lot of pressure on us to get our house sold, and for as much as we could. After we listed it was sold within 2 weeks, for our asking price. It worked out fantastic, and we are now two months into our new house and love it. Thank you Shayne, Jill, and everyone else on your team involved with helping this transition.
