Fantastic experience: My husband and I worked with Cliff to buy our first home. He was incredibly responsive, knew the current hot market, and put our interests first. Given the highly competitive market, Cliff was a master at coaching us through the offer process while reminding us to honor our budget. His positive attitude helped us stay the course, and land our ideal home within the budget we established. Cliff wrote our offer while in an airport on his way back from a friend’s bachelor weekend because “if this is THE house, it’s worth it!” After our offer was accepted, he lined up all the vendors and service providers from inspection, to title, to home warranty, and even had recommendations for handymen for the few odd jobs we’ll need before move in.
