Fantastic experience: Working with Will and the RentSimple team was fantastic. Our building had previously been managed by a different company, and RentSimple's takeover was a breath of fresh air! They were always responsive, understanding, and fair.

We ran into some issues getting documents uploaded into the system, and they were very patient and helpful throughout the process. Their support and communication really made things easier for us.

Fantastic experience: We had an excellent experience renting an apartment from RentSimple. The property was great - very clean, in perfect condition, and exactly as described. The process for setting up a tour was easy and convenient, and the check-in procedures were very clearly laid out. The RentSimple team was very nice to deal with and the customer online portal is easy to use. Departure procedures are also very clearly specified. As a rental property owner in another city, I can see how they would be great to deal with from the owner side as well! Would definitely recommend to anyone seeking apartment housing or a rental property manager.

During my initial search I called several places and every time I was getting stuck with the telephone prompts. Called rent simple and someone picked up instantly. Amazing. They also respond to emails in a timely manner so I know that my place will be taken care of and most importantly they will take care of the tenant as well.

Fantastic experience: I've rented through RentSimple for over 18 months and couldn't be happier. I move every 2-3 years due to my job and this has been one of the best experiences we've had renting throughout the USA, and abroad. The staff is very responsive calls and emails. Almost all my interactions with them have been through a web interface for maintenance requests that is very intuitive and easy to use. For instance, submitting a maintenance request typically takes 30-60 seconds, and I typically get a response from the staff within an hour, if not the same day. Emergencies are handled expeditiously. I broke a water pipe that required the main water supply to turn off. The RentSimple had a repair specialist out in 1 hour. I'd highly recommend renting from RentSimple, or even using them to manage my property if I were from this area.

Fantastic experience: Will Austin has managed several of my properties for 7 years and I have absolutely no complaints. While others I know have experienced poor tenants at some point in time, I can thankfully say this has not been my experience thanks to Will and his team’s ability to select high quality tenants. Recently, I sold two of my rental properties with Will and I was even more impressed with his knowledge of the market, candor, ability to quickly find the right buyers and the ease of the entire process. While selling the first property, Will and his team made the process so easy that at one point I actually thought there was an issue because it was going “too smoothly.” Whether you are looking for property management or to sell, you cannot go wrong with Will and his team. I would give six stars if it was an option.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new tenant with RentSimple (~2 months) and working with Abby and Tony to transition into our new rental (bungalow) has been a breath of fresh air. In the past I have typically rented from individual property owners instead of management companies, but working with RentSimple has been a paradigm shift for me. We got a new water heater and a new window AC unit within a couple weeks of moving in. They arranged a contractor to pressure wash the house, mow the lawn, and trim the hedges. Abby and Tony are responsive, helpful and courteous. So far we are very happy with our experience!

Anything we have needed they have responded in less than 24 hours. We are even getting our appliances upgraded as they are over 10 years old.

Fantastic experience: I use RentSimple to manage both of my properties. After ~7 years of attempting to manage the properties myself, I was wore down from the “tenant and toilet” issues. I was looking for a partner that will not only place the tenants, but have contractors on hand that can address the issues with my older unit and some of the smaller items with my newer unit. As you can see from the reviews, communication is excellent. Detailed reports at the end of the month allow me to stay in the loop while also not getting dragged into the weeds. The rent guarantee is also unheard of! To have that level of comfort with these properties allows me to set it and forget it. I can’t recommend RentSimple enough. You won’t be disappointed.
