The most recent transaction was our most challenging since we are currently in another state. Fantastic experience: When I met with Chris it was during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, and my wife and I were planning a cross-country move to take a new job. I figured it wasn't the best time to sell a house, but I had no choice and Chris was totally confident in his ability to sell it. He came to our initial meeting fully prepared, and proposed a listing price that was higher than we thought it could sell for. But he had the data to support his recommendation, and he walked my wife and I through how he came to his number. He also told us it was our decision, and he would do whatever we wanted. Soon after listing with him I moved four time zones away. He stayed in constant contact, answered all my questions any time of day or night, and had our house sold 44 days later for a price we never thought we could get--and much quicker than other houses in my neighborhood were selling. He worked with the buyer all the way through to the closing date, and did not let one single detail fall through the cracks of the selling process. I would highly recommend Chris to anyone who wants their house sold for more than a fair price and in the most timely manner possible.
