Fantastic experience: Talk about service!.... My husband and I decided it was finally time to start looking for a home to buy and from the moment that my husband reached out to Levar, he was available and got to work right away! He was flexible and worked with our schedule to begin the search for a home for us(during the week after work). We'd see 5-6 houses a night after work, until we eventually landed on the home that was perfect for us! During the negotiation process, we never felt pressured or rushed. Due to Levar's receptiveness, persistence and work ethic, we got the news that the home that I thought I might not ever obtain, was finally ours! (there was an accepted bid on it, prior to us putting in our bid). From the very start, to finish, Levar was there, and I will forever appreciate the role that he played in this new chapter of our lives.

Fantastic experience: I’ll start this review with a short backstory. I’m originally from New York but moved to the east coast about 5 years ago. I wanted to keep my New York home just in case I wanted to move back. Like anything new in life, I was hesitant about the renting process and how to manage the home from so far. Levar came to the rescue and obtained excellent tenants; I was so appreciative and impressed. Levar was so professional, efficient and to-the-point. I’m currently selling the home (New York you will forever be my love and home) and Levar has taken care of getting the current tenants out (within 3 months), found them a rental and is even prepping the home for sell (repairs, paint, clean-up). I haven’t had the need to fly back to take care of ANYTHING. Now that is full service! Levar congrats on discovering your gift and talent as a Realtor. Most people spend years trying to find out what they are good at and what makes them happy; you have discovered your calling and acing it all the way. May God continue to bless you and your family! If I could give you more stars I would (10 stars for you). PS Levar always picks-up his phone and I loved that about his work ethics.
