Fantastic experience: Worked with Andrea over the course of a couple months. Literally broke down every stereotype of a realtor I ever had. She was an absolute champion! She set realistic goals and never tried to oversell anything. Always was on top of communicating no matter if it was 2am or 10pm. If you're looking for a rockstar to help you get rid of your house, I would recommend her 100%.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with Andrea for about five years or more now, as someone who performs home inspections for her purchasers. Besides knowing she insists on a thorough inspection so in her words "I'd rather them know everything up front, so there are no problems later", here are some of the other things I've noticed. She loves the chase. She seems to love representing buyers and finding them the right home. She won't push someone into something that's not the right one. She's also not afraid to negotiate. I've overheard her say numerous times, things like "I know your contract is option to void only, but we are going to ask them to fix the deck that's unsafe anyways." She usually gets what she's after, because of her people skills. All in all, I think the best way to describe Andrea is that she's an agent that works for her clients and not herself. This isn't always the case with all Real Estate professionals in my experience.

Fantastic experience: The lady is a godsend. My partner and I were connected with Andrea via the financing company. We ditch the original financiers but kept Andrea.
