Fantastic experience: Lisa Chung had extensive experience in real estate transactions and kindly explained and handled all the seller’s inquiries.

Negative experience: *Avoid If You Can* Context: I purchased a home from them. I felt they were completely dishonest in how they deal with purchasers on their listing. And I witnessed their agent operate in a seemingly biased manner to the financial detriment of their clients. As a person who now lives in this community, I’m very disturbed that a large agency like this operates in a way that I believe inhibits our ability to have a more diverse community. I’ve also personally witnessed this agency attempt to take buying commissions from women of color despite their own agent’s apparent harm caused to the buyer in question (me). I tried to address these issues directly with the brokerage and I felt that they couldn’t care less. I would never personally hire a Real Estate One agent after my experience with them. Plenty of other brokers out there, in my view, with actual integrity.

I would trust Steve with any matter that has to do with housing. He helped us buy and sell our current house and challenged us along the way to make sure we got the house we truly wanted. He is extremely knowledgeable about the trends of the real estate market and helped us navigate through the selling process with ease. I would absolutely recommend him to all my friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Laura Even. The decision to sell my condominium was very emotional. Living out of state, she made the entire process less stressful. Communication was excellent! Laura was prompt to respond to questions whether via text, email or a call. She helped coordinate repairs and deep cleaning prior to putting the condo on the market.
