SummerGlen Realty

Fantastic experience: Very nice and clean place

Positive experience: Open fareways that were in fare shape. Greens were in good shape. Fun round. Bar is closed.

Negative experience: Has a dog park but I was denied entry

Fantastic experience: Very nice community.

Fantastic experience: This is a nice quiet place with a golf course and restaurant

Fantastic experience: Nice place to live for seniors.

Fantastic experience: This community is the best! My parents live here and I always enjoy visiting them. The areas are well kept, the neighbors are very friendly and active. As a Realtor I really appreciate how well maintained the grounds and golf course are. Plenty of activities to do, the pool and gym is fantastic. You can see and feel the pride of the home owners as every house looks picture perfect. The homes have increased in value dramatically. In my personal and professional opinion it is a great place to live and would like to retire here.

Fantastic experience: Cool -"Send Me A picture of Mine House "-How do I add more pictures to moves the points updates to make Me Happy Now

Fantastic experience: Top Notch Realtor Melissa was a true professional from day 1. She worked diligently to get me top dollar for my house, and she got it. She truly cares about what she does and makes that very clear to those she works for. I would recommend her to anyone.

Positive experience: Nice community

Fantastic experience: Moved here in December 2020. Only been here 4 months. Love this place.

Fantastic experience: Great place for golfing and relaxation

Fantastic experience: Home

Fantastic experience: Good customers

Negative experience: Played 18 holes. Greens were terrible, fairways same shape. Would not spend the money!

Fantastic experience: Great place to live!!

Fantastic experience: Nice place, people nice, golf course is good

Fantastic experience: Beautiful community on a golf course

Fantastic experience: Wonderful place to live all the amenities arer first class an the golf course is excellent!!!

Fantastic experience: Nice gated community golfing open to public not far from the interstate

Positive experience: Courses in good shape and heading toward great shape and the price was only 20 bucks you can't beat it

Negative experience: The greens on the course looked like a bombing range.

Negative experience: My uncle lives here and contributes to the community like everyone else and the board absolutely refuses to install a handicap lift so that those who are disabled can access the pool. The board says it is unnecessary and “there aren’t enough handicapped living here for us to bother installing it”. If you live here, share your thoughts on the matter. If you suffer from a handicap and would like to use the amenities here, DONT MOVE HERE!

Fantastic experience: Very nice

Positive experience: Not as good as some....much better then other retirement communities....not a fan of cable being added to the monthly HOA....

Fantastic experience: Friendly people!

Positive experience: Good place to go for a Sunday brunch. The lady that makes the omelets makes the best. Your choice of fillings and the omelets are nice and fluffy

Fantastic experience: Beautiful subdivision

Fantastic experience: My grand parents live here. This place is fantastic. They love it there. They have all types of sports rec stuff there and a gym. They have a lot of social events. The people there are all real nice. They also have a pool and a golf course. Only reason to leave the compound is to visit the grocery store. Great place.

Positive experience: Very nice retirement community, friendly people things to do.

Fantastic experience: Nice course. Greens in good shape. Holes 10 and 11 most challenging. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: 9/2012~~We are from PA and in FL to visit retirement communities. Where to Retire magazine rates SummerGlen as one of the top 50 retirement communitties in the country. Have wanted to see it for a few years. And we were not disappointed! What a lovely community and beautiful landscaping. We took a self-guided tour...not sure what happened there...but ended up we could take our time and really look around. The clubhouse was excellent, fantastic pool area and we were able to speak with a couple (while in the restaurant) not far from where we live in PA. They moved to SG just a few months before and love it! SG is right next to Interstate 75 but once inside SG you don't hear the traffic due to huge earthen berms with landscaping. I am not sure where you go for shopping. SG is resident owned and built by Florida Leisure. Not many communities that we looked at were resident owned in FL so we really liked that. Plus there are no bonds like some communities. SummerGlen is at the top of our list. Please see my review for the restaurant.

Fantastic experience: Great people here
