Fantastic experience: Tracy Campoli was great . We put the house on the market with a different agent and got no offers. Tracy took over and we had lots of showings and offers. Because we were not in Florida and she had to go the extra mile to help us do things to pass inspection. Tracy was easy going and willing to help with whatever she could . Fantastic experience: We worked with Clay Bass to purchase a home in The Villages and Clay was wonderful and went way beyond what he needed to do. We're not at The Villages right now, so almost everything was done remotely and Clay was right there for us, and still is as there's a few outstanding issues we need to clear up. He also offered the best advise when we started negotiating for the unit and made sure that the sellers did all they had to do as a result of the inspection. I highly recommend him.
